The food was delicious as always but I feel as if the quality has declined a little bit. I wish I could give 4.5 stars but our wings were not super saucy and one of my group members’ wings were practically dry. The service was quick and easy even though there was only one cashier. I got the wings and things with wimpy sauce which was awesome and the zax sauce is incredible! Would come again

Maddison served our order this week. She greeted me and my family with a very warm welcome, and was patient when we couldn’t decide on our order. The food was good as per usual. I recommend going later on Sunday to miss the church crowd.

Like seriously.. .25 cents for a ranch sauce.. yall have got to be kidding me.. I SPEND enormous amounts of money at this establishment.. and yall wanna charge me .25 cents for a ranch sauce and its not even the packet.. its just the little one to dip… yall are super expensive for the average person.. but my family of 8 eat here ALL the time.. we can spend almost $100 in here at one time.. charging for dippin sauces is INSANE!!!

These folks just can not get one single order correct, last week went there twice, neither order was correct, fried chick salad, they leave the egg and bacon off, and don’t include the strawberry sauce . 3 days later they don’t put the chicken on the salad at all and then give me cheese bites w/ ranch dressing. I went on my lunch break to go grab what I thought was going to be some amazing Zaxby’s, yet I opened a box of horrors in my vehicle. And that wasn’t even the worst part. We ordered in the drive-thru, and ordered a spicy signature sandwich meal, the three nibblerz, and two drinks. Upon pulling up to the window, I noticed the gentleman about to fill our drinks, but accidentally knocked them into the floor. Luckily those cups weren’t just picked up and re-used, but instead we didn’t get them at all. The gentleman, whose name was Tino, proceeded to hand us a bag with only one of the meals and neither of the drinks. I then entered the building, and waited patiently at the counter for assistance. It took a second, but the gentleman eventually came up to ask what I needed. However; he did not greet me with a, “What can I get for you?” Or “Is there something you need help with?”, but a sharp and in an annoyed tone, “Yes???” I then explained to him the situation and he asked, “Was that all?” I responded with a “Oh, and the drinks”. I was not rude in any fashion, but this man then bulged his eyes with a shocked look and proceeded to roll them at me. I did not catch his name, as I was already appalled at the service I was receiving and could not believe he just rolled his eyes at me. An unkempt older gentleman in the back was working on my nibblerz. The only saving grace of this customer service experience was a woman who checked to make sure I had been checked on and that I didn’t need anything else. After this entire fiasco, I opened my box and this was the absolute horror that I had to bear witness to. A completely demolished nibblerz meal. Whoever made this meal should be ashamed of themselves, as they clearly ripped my buns and had not even the slightest care for his job at this establishment. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever endured in my entire existence and the Zaxby’s on Signal Mtn Rd should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t even know if this could be made right, but I would at least hope an attempt would be made.

My order is always right. Service is always fast and friendly. Ebony and Aniya were super helpful. Fantastic service especially for a fast food experience!
