just left the local Taco Bell here in Vicksburg and what should have been a normal late night food run turned into one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Like many nights in this city the line was packed which honestly is expected because the food is usually good and the experience is normally worth the wait so sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes felt like part of the deal.
When I finally reached the speaker I was met with an automated message saying they were closed and to come back during normal business hours. I accepted that and figured I should have left the house earlier. That part was on me.
But as I slowly pulled forward past the window I watched them continue taking orders from the cars behind me.
That is where confusion turned into disbelief because now it was clear this was not about being closed. It was about choosing who to serve and somehow I was the one customer left out after patiently waiting my turn.
There was no explanation. No courtesy. No attempt to acknowledge the time already spent in line. Just a silent decision to serve others while I was dismissed.
As a regular paying customer that kind of treatment feels less like an inconvenience and more like being singled out and disregarded after doing everything right by waiting respectfully in

I found the food to be excellent. The steak burrito was my favorite, and I recommend trying it soon.

If I could give this Taco bell a zero all across the board I will. I’ve been living in the state of Mississippi the city of Vicksburg for 8 years. And, a few years ago I stopped going to Taco Bell. We only have one branch here. And the last 4 years I’ve been there only four times due to the sudden change of circumstances. The food was never fresh. I now live 10 minutes away. By the time I get from that destination to my home the food isn’t even warm it’s ice cold so therefore it wasn’t hot and fresh when I purchased it. On yesterday November 9th 20 25 I visited Taco Bell again. My order was a number nine no beans add beef which is the Mexican pizza with two hard tacos add extra ground beef My total was 15 plus dollars. By the time I got home. I picked up my taco and said to myself. I did not order soft tacos I ordered hard. Unbeknownst to me they were hard tacos but they were soggy the shells were breaking. And they were just thrown together as I also can remember from before. The shell on my Mexican pizza I could break it up by touch it was also stale and thrown in the box I have video of this situation. As before I called the branch four or five different times could never get an answer I did leave a message on the answering machine and I would like the email to Taco Bell so that I can email the video Thank you in advance.

Food took almost 20m to come out, (4 Doritos locos and 4 beefy 5 layer burritos $21.33) tacos were missing shredded cheese and the burritos were missing nacho cheese and weren’t grilled as requested. There was only Diablo sauce out in the lobby but I was given the sauces I wanted when asking for them from the back.

The only reason it’s getting a 3 star is because of the service.
I came to the drive through during lunch I ordered the beef nacho grande, grill cheese steak burrito, a regular size strawberry freeze and a caramel apple empanada for almost $20.
I don’t remember the gentlemans name, but he was maybe between 30-40’s very polite and very professional through the speaker & at the window. I don’t remember his name & I threw away my reciept, but he deserves a raise.
The nachos tasted stale, like card board, not enough toppings, a big ole heaping pile of guac to make up for the little beef, cheese, pico & sour cream. 0/10
The grill cheese steak burrito was decent, flavourless except the heat. 4/10
The caramel empanada there wasn’t enough apple filling. I wanted to like it, but I just didn’t. 3/10.
The strawberry freeze. Eh it was okay 4/10
All in all Taco Bell isn’t worth going. If you want food like this your better off making it yourself. The 3 star review is for the service not the food.

I try not to give bad reviews bc I know everyday ain the same but here it’s the same. Order veggie everything. I still get meat. Order Mexican pizza w/o pizza sauce they put extra sauce. I ask for light cheese they poured the bucket on it!! After I get my money back today. I’ll just stick with taco bell in Brandon, ms. Can’t go wrong. I got a veggie bowl that was unrecognizable here in vburg drive thru. I threw it away

So, I decided to go back to Taco Bell today. I’ve been going to this location for years and have mixed reviews of it.. sometimes good, sometimes bad. I ordered the Chalupa Cravings box and I was told they didn’t have it any longer but they could sell me the items separately.. so I ordered the pizza because it was back on the menu. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked for my money back. They said they were working on it now (they weren’t). They said they had a lot of people in the drive thru and were taking care of them and weren’t use to people in the dinning room (???) After waiting an additional 5 minutes, the guy threw my order up on the counter (pictured) and I took it back to my seat and ate. It wasn’t very good not worth the wait either. There’s a lot of fast food places in Vicksburg Ms. that have way better service and food. Taco Bell you can do a lot better than this.

Worse customer service ever. Very rude. They won’t take your order at the counter. They said you have to use the kiosk because they don’t know how to use the regular register. Slow at getting the food out and it was already cold.
