Just had an order delivered and not very happy. There wasn’t any sauces in the bag, and a few of the drinks wasn’t the right size after paying for the upgrade. I guess yall don’t care if the order is correct since it’s being delivered. Take pride in your work! Your customers are spending a lot of money just to not have their order correct and missing out on the sauces! Do better!!
Edited to add: I can’t respond to your reply bc I no longer have that information as it’s been a while since I had placed the order. The receipt information was on the bag and the bag has been thrown away! I added my order this edit! It was total of 5 plates and we didn’t have sauce with any of them.

I placed a mobile order to be curbside. I parked and let them know I was there. I sat there for 10 minutes. No cars in drive thru. So I went in and told the girl I placed a mobile order for curbside. She was showing no care at all. She said my name and I said yes. She slowly handed my order. I responded with what great curbside service. And thanks for making me late for work. When I started to split the salad between Martha and me, I noticed bad lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and extra hard pieces of breaded chicken ends. I knew the food wasn’t fresh. As soon as I got off from work, I went straight to the restaurant to speak with the manager. He apologized, gave me a full refund, and also gave me a card to get a free Cobb Zalad. He made things right, but IDK if the front line got a talken to or proper training. My 1st terrible experience from here out of 4 visits. I will be checking my orders before I leave this store again. Also, I will be doing pickup in the store from now on.

I got a fajita quesadilla and they made it quick but it was falling apart because it barely had cheese in it. The two pieces I ate because I was hungry had too much ranch in it and it was the saltiest thing I ever ate.

Not the greatest experience tonight at this location. (8/27 around 8:30)
Firstly, the person working at the counter was not friendly and did not greet us at all. It felt like she had an annoyed attitude that we came in to eat. Not expecting a full conversation but a simple friendly gesture or smile would have made us feel more welcome. We finally ordered and watched our order sit at the window for 5 minutes as she did everything but call out that our food was ready. Went to the restroom to wash my hands and there was absolutely no soap in both dispensers in the women’s restroom. To top it off, we finally got our order and I opened my box and I got the puniest, excuse for a traditional wing. I think for the almost $27 we spent for two entrees, the service and food could’ve been better.

This location served me the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever eaten. The bread was both stale and very burnt. It was inedible. There was also a hair cooked into the bread. Their freestyle machine was out of almost every drink and the service was about a 5/10.

We ordered in the drive through for a late dinner. Once we got home and opened the bag we were missing an entire kids meal and our cheddar were so burnt and hard they were inedible. For how expensive it is you’d expect better. This is not the first time we’ve had issues either.

Wings and tenders are never fully sauced. They boneless wings are suppose to be tongue torch it wasn’t a lick of tongue or torch. The tenders are suppose to be buffalo blaze. It was so dry no taste at all. I threw the whole plate away ewww . And this is not the first time damn can I get some sauce on my wings next time. This is the very reason I get sauce and I have to buy that smh. Oh yea my fries were not seasoned at all.
