Zaxbys is usually really good food but this location really stands apart from the others. It’s always very clean and great for dining in and the service is way above and beyond. Probably legit the best zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Would go out of my way to go to this one above others.

Every time I go through here, the service is very fast, but the quality needs to be taken into consideration as well. Look as If the chicken tenders were pulled earlier from the fryer. Leaving a little bit of pink in the middle. Understandable for fries, but definitely not raw meat. And paying extra for sauces, but not putting them in the bag because they’re too worried about throwing the food out the window for the times. Bags need to be double checked so that way you guys don’t have to deal with people spinning back through for more shit. Thank you !

Zaxby’s is almost always delicious, but it’s the little things that lowered my ratings. In respect to food forgetting to give cups, and not making shakes timely, Service is absolutely dependent on staffing – most are great but there’s always those who treat you like THEY need a new job. The atmosphere is fine but tables meet to be wiped down better. These things don’t deter me from future visits, just ways you can improve the customer experience.

Portion size was small, spicy chicken sandwich is spicy from the sauce not the patty/seasonings, fries were fresh, and had plenty of seasoning salt, but they too were a rather small portion. Not worth the price for the portion size, but the price was worth it for the taste. I would return if I wanted a snack and was willing to spend the $10.50, but I do not plan to return if I find myself extremely hungry.
