The reason I gave 5 stars- even though my order got messed up twice- the managers and staff always pull through to fix the mistake on top of they replace the whole order even if nothing was wrong- So your not eating cold food! We want to give a shout out to managers Jennifer and Jessica and the front crew McKenzie and Brianna, you make our experience worth the wild and no matter how busy it is you guys always carry a smile and our polite. More fast food industry, you should Follow your lead not only are you pushing productivity, but ensuring quality and quality is not met. You make sure that it is.. You never give a hard time about proving that the food was not made correctly. You just fix it. Which is a rare thing nowadays. Hats off to the best fast food place in Lewisburg Tennessee! You truly put the customers first! Attention Zaxby’s corporation this staff needs to be Recognize for excellent customer service and given a Reward for the outstanding job they do! Appreciate that this Crew and Managers represent Zaxby’s to the fullest!

This place sucks. The service is beyond slow and rude. I parked in a curbside spot, placed order on the app, and sat for 25 minutes, well over the 10 minute time frame given. No one brought my order out! And when I went in, it’s been sitting there and they tell me we don’t do that, they always come in and get it. Why do you even provide two curbside spots if your staff won’t abide? My lunch is now cold. This is my third time here and it has sucked each time. So disappointed.

Bought a family meal, 20 tenders. Bucks end up getting burnt fries, chicken nuggets, instead of fingers, I understand if that’s all you have, then you should be giving me more, not 20 pieces of nothing. I have posted the video. So you tell me what you would think or do when I called the lady act like there was nothing she could do and Basically, that’s just the way it comes, and I have to deal with it.This is the way she acted

I came here for opening day. I was in the area despite living 500mi away. It was worth it! The food was top notch and fresh, and the place as expected, is extremely clean and very well run. The staff were exceptionally friendly and food was being pumped out. It was all a very good experience and I will come back next time I have a chance.
Strongly recommend this Zaxby’s!

Doordash didn’t pick up half of our order so we called Zaxby’s and the manager Jennifer Gordon picked up the phone and she apologized for what happened and replaced our order. But since it was doordash and we didn’t want to drive she offered to hand deliver it to us and when she got here she was the most sweetest person ever
