We have gone here several times recently. Tonight the toast was just unwarmed unbuttered bread in a container and they left off a side item we ordered. I watched the register person check the order several times before they gave it to me to take to go. I figured after checking my order against the receipt at least three times I saw that they could get the order right. The last 3 times we have gone to this Zaxby’s we have had similar issues. Cannot recommend.

I got the Cobb Zalad and it is amazing! Its a lot of food I got two meals out of it! Cashiers can sometimes be “unfriendly” like they hate their job but they aren’t rude. The nibblers meal is also fantastic! That was always my go to until I tried the salad and now it may be my new favorite!

Family member picking up a mobile order and waited 45 minutes to get it, thinking it was just late (or someone grabbed it from the pick up area) but nobody there acknowledged them standing there. When they were finally able to ask about it, they said they had left it on the SINK. For almost an hour, and on top of that didn’t offer to remake it, and it’s a health code violation above all else. Disgusting.

I went in and was immediately greeted by Nacole, who was very friendly and nice; the food tasted AMAZING, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, Zaxbys in Dickson exceeded my expectations, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

It was a lovely lunch out! We parked and ordered inside, as the drive thru was ridiculously long. There were many good things: the employees were very polite and patient with each order and good about cleaning the tables. The inside was fairly spacious and clean as I mentioned, definitely great for a dining in. Some things to also be cautious about: we had to wait a fairly long amount of time from when we ordered our food initially (about a 20 minute wait I believe). It seemed they were more attentive to the drive thru customers than the customers who dined in. Also, if you are eating indoors, the self serve refreshment machine wasnt mostly out of service (but the staff graciously stated they would grab what the coca cola machine was out of from the drive thru drink fountain). All in all, it’s a wonderful time (if you have the patience for it), the food was amazing (as always). I reccomend trying the Zaxby’s Signature Chicken Sandwich. If you love their Zax Sauce and chicken sandwiches as much as I do, its definitely worth the try!

Very overpriced for the food received asked for ranch instead of Zac Sauce and there was like a drop on it really!!! Wouldn’t of been so bad if the chicken wasn’t so dry asked for no seasoning on fries not once did they ask if I wanted ketchup and when I did they gave me like 2 packs wow guess I got my 2 cents worth and the final complaint is they always have to pull you up always never fails!!!

The last time I had zaxbys I got food poisoning and today I had some and found a BLACK HAIR cooked into my chicken tender. I’m not even the type of person to leave reviews but that is INSANE.

My children wanted to go to #Zaxby’s before we left Tennessee. They said the tenders were tasty and flavored well. They didn’t like the lemonade or the bread. The fries were mid-overall. We asked to receive the Zaxsauce, but it never got into our bag. The children enjoyed the value factor: plenty of food and low prices. They gave an overall seven out of 7/10.

I had the Signature Club Sandwich, what a let down. The ad shows this thick piece of chicken with a couple of slices of bacon on it. You can see in my picture that is not the case. Very disappointing. Had to wait and it was just warm, not hot.
