I used the app and ordered a honey butter biscuit breakfast sandwich…writing a review because I normally haven’t had this experience here. I will attach a picture as well. The biscuit was over cooked and was hard to bite into. The chicken was dry looking and hard as well, like it had been sitting for a while. To top that off, there was a hair inbedded in the chicken. I threw it out after finding the hair. The hair is on the right of the picture. I will likely not come to this location again.
I will say the one positive in my visit was the guy in drive thru was nice and friendly.

My car stopped in the middle of the night headed back from Detroit. I was 2 hours away from home. I had to wait 3 hours for the tow. The staff was SO NICE and made me and my daughter feel welcomed and supported! What could have been a scary night was a reminder that there are some great people in this world. Go there and tell them that what they did for this mom in the middle of the night will never be forgotten!

Service is so slow took 20 to get my order they told us to pull up to there mobile app parking my wife had to go in and get our order french frys where old they dropped them back in to try to make them hot again just Terrible all around.

This place is terrible. although i’ve never had a problem with the quality of my food they always forget half the order every-time. I went there a couple weeks ago, there were atleast 10 people in the dining area waiting for their food when i walked in. i ordered and it took atleast 25 to receive my food. i watched another customer ask for them to cancel her order and refund it so she could leave, they kept telling her to wait (even thought half the workers were just visibly standing around) she probably waited atleast another 10 min for them to refund her. another girl had walked in with bags of food assuming she has just went through the drive thru, they had forgotten a lot of her food and when she went to tell them what was wrong with her order very politely they yelled at her and told her she needed to wait her turn. the girl packing the orders for the inside, which i’m pretty sure was a manger due to the collared shirt, was visibly texting on her phone in between grabbing food with no gloves on and bagging them. she could not get off her phone long enough to bag an order it took 10 min to bag one order. I would watch her text on her dirty phone screen and then stick her fingers in the food she was bagging. it was absolutely disgusting. this place needs to close. i myself have worked in fast food and i know it’s gets busy and stressful but there’s no excuse for how these workers act.

I have come to this Wendy’s three times while I have been in town, and each time I have been disappointed with the customer service and the level of service I expected. The first time, they didn’t give me the receipt; I had to ask for it. They also forgot the straw and closed the drive-thru window. I had to wait a couple of minutes for them to acknowledge me. It shows how little their employees pay attention!! The second time I came, they were closed at 5 pm with no explanation. Even all the chairs were up. I have never seen a Wendy’s closing so early. They could at least explain why!! It’s a waste of time. The third time, they had a sign up saying they only accept cash, and I gave them cash, but the employee didn’t even give me the correct amount of change back. This time, they also did not give me my receipt. I had to ask for it, and the employee told me that it’s not working. Every time I have been here, I regret it. I do not recommend getting food here.

I have given this place the benefit of the doubt since it opened. I live just around the corner so it’s convenient. But the food is not fresh. I just got two sausage egg on muffins that were as hard as rocks. There’s always something not working. Either they only take cash, or they don’t take cash, or they’re out of hash browns or they don’t serve decaf coffee it’s always something that’s why there’s never anybody there. I won’t be there anymore either.

I placed a mobile application order and when I went to pick it up the manager was extremely rude to me and even after I showed her proof that my card was approved , she told me that my payment failed, I came back later after the payment had posted and they (the same manager) rudely told me that they couldn’t give me a refund through the mobile app. They basically stole my money and didn’t make my food and were extremely rude to me. I have actually eaten here before and they are the slowest Wendy’s in the entire area of Toledo by far. They always make you pull into a mobile spot even if there are no other customers and wait for like 10 minutes. I would highly reccomend they fire their entire staff and restructure. I repeat do not eat here it is terrible and they might just steal your money.

Horrible experience!! Manager was rude and did not ask questions about what the real problem was. Waited for over 15 mins for our food. Watched them serve 3 other cars after us and one car had the same product we ordered while we continued to wait! When I asked fir my money back the manager was rude and running her mouth!

Went today around 8pm. Had no chili, was cash only, had no toys for happy meals, coke fountain drink was horrendous, and the junior bacon cheeseburger had shredded iceberg lettuce on it which has never happened and the lettuce was so soggy.
