Horrible. Was in the drive thru for quite some time. About 15 mins to be exact. Got our order, it was wrong. It was cold. Not a grain of salt on the cold fries and barely any sauce on the sandwiches.The employees seemed to be having a great time passing the wrong drinks and orders out of the window. Oh yes and the wait? When we got to the window, everyone seems to be on their phone. I guess leaving to cook back there to die.

This was our First visit to a Zaxby’s the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was awesome, seasoned great, cooked perfectly, delicious. FYI the Nuclear Sauce isn’t that hot. I expected way hotter with the name Nuclear, but my tolerance is pretty high. I give it !

On 10/7/25, I waited in the driv-thru for over 15 minutes to order Tacos. I was beyond disappointed when I was told by a young lady I was not allowed to customize a taco by adding shredded cheese to the avocado ranch BLT taco when it’s literally customizable on the app. I was told, “you have to get them how they come” To wait that significant amount of time in line to be told a lie is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. As a result, I left and patronized another establishment that accommodates their customers. I’ve never heard of any establishment refusing to add cheese to an item. Why is the location in Selma refusing to customize menu items especially when it’s listed on the app and website as customizable?

Recently went out to grab a bite with my family for dinner. Upon arrival, the staff was very polite and helped us promptly. The young lady at the counter was very kind and answered any questions we had. Our food came out fast and was tasty and the dining area was very clean. I could tell that they really, take pride in making sure the customers have a great experience. Will be back again when I’m in town.

I ordered 2 Buffalo finger meal 6 fingers and 1 chicken finger meal 6 fingers. They all are hard and burnt looking. The fingers use to look nice and brown. We did not enjoy this!

Double check, triple check your order. I order a house salad. I asked how much chicken was on the salad. Answer from cashier 1 finger. I asked here to check and the answer was 4. So I order double chicken. Check my math 4×2= 8. Right. While waiting for my order I observed the counter girl looking at my salad as if something was wrong. She questioned the cook and continued on. When I got my order and opens it it did not look like double “8” chicken fingers. So I went to the counter and asked. I was assured it was 8. So I order 4 more chopped and returned to my table. I picked out the chicken from my salad. To do a comparison.. looks like four and four to me.. so they clearly lied!!! Diners beware!!!

My wife, brother in law and I stopped at this location as we were passing thru town. My wife ordered a salad and they completely forgot the chicken on her salad (at a chicken restaurant). Bathroom had no soap. They don’t allow you to get your own drinks so you have to wait in line again just to get refills. Overall very disappointing experience.
