I ordered a grilled Cobb salad. That was not what I got after driving home to Foley. This is what I got. I got fries with chicken and bacon on them. I deserve my money back or a free Cobb salad.

I love coming here. It’s one of my favorite places to eat at. I tryed there salad the other day and they a big for a good price. Definitely recommend and try the salad. But everything on there menu is absolutely delicious.

Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes and when I am 1 car away from ordering my food, an employee comes outside to tell me they can’t take my order cause they close in 2 minutes and have no more food. I arrived within plenty of time to receive my order and watched 7 cars go thru the line but me and the 3 cars behind me got told they can’t take our orders. I can’t believe I even wasted my time sitting in line for that long just to be told sorry we out of food. So if you see they have a line of 7 cars, within 30 minutes prior to closing time, keep going and find another place that will be happy to take your money cause their employees can’t seem to process 7 orders in a half hour time frame. I’m sorry just doesn’t cut it for me not when I was there within plenty of time before closing.

You have 3 people standing at drive through doing nothing with people standing at counter !!! They can’t do counter job ? I should not have to clear my throat to get their attention !!! And it was NOT busy at the time which about 445 pm 6/302023 . The girl that was at counter was yawning maybe she should get some sleep before coming to work !!! The fries were not done all the way they were cold , I ordered an extra fry and DID NOT get it !!! Service is very very very poor !!! Your manager needs to pay more attention to his/her employees !!! Hire people who actually want to work !!!!!

They had no soft drinks..machine was broken?this was at 12 noon! They had no ice! None so you couldn’t even drink tea! This was absolutely insane and stupid!!! Very poor store management
