One of my favorite fast food restaurants in the south Baldwin! I love their staff just as much as the amazing food. Everything here is consistently amazing. Every. Time. they also have the best sweet tea. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the nuclear sauce…it’s ACTUALLY hot so brace yourself. They always get it right too, I rarely even check my order because they are so point with everything

I eat at this location every week sometimes multiple times due to close proximity to my work. This location used to be, in my opinion, the best location in the area with zero complaints. As of recently, the French fries have been absolutely horrendous. They are always soggy, limp and taste like they are very undercooked with the inside being pale and slightly firm instead of fluffy white. Just straight up not good and nothing like how they used to be. This isn’t just a one off event either it’s been every single time I’ve visited within the past month. Other than that the rest of the food is outstanding and hopefully they see this and do something about the drastic drop in quality of their fries because their fries are my favorite part of the meal.

The Avocado Ranch Tacos are my absolute favorites. The House Salad and Zax Snack are good also. They have the best Tea ever. While the food is good, the floors were sticky or slick and service was extremely slow causing food to be cold when you get it. I think they need more help. I went 4 times with the same results before I wrote this.

Ordered 2 orders of fried pickles. They both were overcooked and taste of old burned oil. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Edit 8/12/23 ordered through the drive thru…I asked for fresh fries, i was told to hold on for a couple mins……and got this they taste like old grease ♀️…I even offered to go inside if they needed me to. Smh

Went to eat yesterday at zaxbys, and the food was excellent. Service there was really good. Beautiful place, and the chicken fingers were awesome. We enjoyed all of the pictures and art hanging on the walls. Very clean restaurant

Normally a good experience, clean and friendly staff but today my entire order tasted and felt like it was made 2 hours ago and sat under a barely warm heat lamp – for $15 I expect at least fresh, and usually just about any Zaxbys is a can’t miss – guess not today – would’ve had them remake but was too hungry and in a hurry to wait
