I’m usually in and out of here pretty quickly unless I order the fried white cheddar bites, which is understandable. In comparison to other fast food places, I’ve only had some of my sauces forgotten a very few amount of times. The chicken is always cooked just right. I really like their nuclear hot sauce. I actually have a problem not coming here for their “chicken fingerz” since it’s so good.

Waited for food to be ready only to get home to chicken barely warm, fries cold, missing Cole slaw and overcooked fingers. And worse was the fact that I felt like I was being a nuisance by being a customer. No thanks or barely saying anything. I will take my money elsewhere. DONE!

Been eating at this Zaxby’s for over a decade. I do love Zaxby’s and like most reviewers I long for a time when the prices were lower and the chicken was larger. That said my experience with this location is about 4 stars. Like most fast food spots it’s often they run into challenges like room temp food incorrect orders and dirty dining rooms, but it’s fast food.

If you like your strips small and your chicken buried under a mountain of fries… This is your place. The fries were good and the giant piece of toast was ok but the chicken strips are small and not very seasoned. The resident chicken tender commissioner at the table thought they were average as did the rest of the bunch. BUT, if you like your chicken spicy, this is a pretty decent spot to add a .20 charge for the hottest flavor they have. Your chicken will come soaked with some spicy goodness.

Everytime I come here and use the coupon, one particular girl at window can NEVER use the coupon. It’s been weeks and she always says “It’s not working” and LOOKS LIKE WERE THE PROBLEM. It works for everyone else but her but she NEVER ASKS ANYONE AROUND FOR HELP. Today the manager even asks what was wrong and she says “They had a code but didn’t work.” NO YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR HELP!! Doordash here… Alot. This location is always very slow. Nothing is ever ready & I always wait more then 5mins. It’s not even busy so I’m not sure why the orders aren’t ready by the time I arrive. I really dislike to pick up here because of the wait time. Also you don’t get a smoke or proper greeting here… it’s always “what you had?”. Like where are the manners from the younger generation these days. Smh

I returned my salad due to rotten lettuce. What a mistake! I got worse. The grilled chicken was chopped really fine and covered in charcoal or residue from the grill. Just awful. I couldn’t even enjoy my salad. Too much to decipher through. People should prepare the customer’s meal as if they were preparing it for themselves. Clearly the cook would not have wanted to eat a salad full of debris.

Very mannerable and polite service. I don’t have Zaxbys where I live so when I’m in an area where there’s a Zaxbys I like to enjoy an salad. My last 2 visits yielded 2 very skimpy grilled chicken Caesar salads. If excluding bacon and crutons from my salad, the least Zaxbys can do is to add more romaine to the salad to account for the excluded ingredients. Just a thought since the price is not being reduced for no bacon or crutons.

Very slow service! The sad part is that the manager took my order. He was very nonchalant & lack customer service. He acted as if he was ready to go home & I was interrupting him! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I waited 20 minutes for my order only to receive the wrong order and have to wait another 10 minutes for another incorrect order. Never again! My experience at this establishment was HORRIBLE!
