Food was great. The staff forgot to give me a fork with my loaded fries. When I pulled back around the building to ask for a fork they refused to give me one because they were “closed” this really embodies professionalism and going the extra mile from a chicken place in 2025….

My experience at this Zaxby’s was unlike any other that I’ve visited in the past. The food was good but the staff seemed very disengaged with the customers. The cashier who took my order seemed sad as if they didn’t want to be there. There was trash on the ground in multiple places. It’s possible I went on a busy day but it wasn’t a good representation of this chain.

Got my food and the fries weren’t seasoned and cold, the bread was cold, I ordered a peach tea and it was a regular tea watered down. When you go thru the drive thru you expect hey how are you etc.. nope. Just look at you crazy.

I stopped by this location while doing work. Young lady who took my order was very nice. Food was prepared fresh and the grilled chicken on my salad was hot.

Food was pretty good (very hot at least) but the space and service were a little disappointing. Bathroom didn’t have any soap!

Do not go in!!! You will not be acknowledged!!! Stood at the counter for over 4 minutes and was looked at and ignored!!!! Will not return. Too busy to take care of inside customers. There were only 2 other people in the lobby
