My wife likes their salads so we stopped while on a road trip. She ordered the fried chicken house salad and I ordered house salad with grilled chicken. My wife said she would give the food a 4, but I am more inclined to give it a 3.

Th salads, they call them them Zalads, are mostly lettuce with pieces of chicken, cheese, and crispy onion straws on top. And oh, there is also the occasional bit of cucumber tomato, and purple cabbages in it as well. I thought that the lettuce wasn’t very crisp.

Ima put a 3 instead of 1 so if this happens again, I can go lower. But whoever had the genius idea to save money by no longer putting the slaw it its own container, and just letting it loose all in the plate to make your fries and chicken SOGGY and soaked in watery mayo, was a genius. If this happens again, I won’t be back to any zaxbys. Ppl like crispy fries and crispy chicken, take it to corporate, this is stupid.

They usually never mess my order up and I love it there but this time they were rushing so much that the girl didn’t get my instructions on how I want my salad on the ticket and charge me four dollars for this like 10 fried pickles like I’m sorry but you could have told me there was a wait on fresh and I would have been fine waiting to get what I ordered
