I have never been to this particular McDonald’s, but I can say I came in the morning and in all my years of eating g at McDonald’s and being a former employee of McDonald’s many centuries ago, this location was superb, customer service was awesome especially being the fact that someone was In training (female). Fast service, everyone on morning shift had a bubbly personality that brightened up my morning especially having a bad start to the day. I’d for sure be returning to this location to see how lunch and dinner shift is and see if the service is the same will give updates when that happens. Other than that enjoyed my visit to this location.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mc griddle with a hashbrown a strawberry creme pie and a dr pepper. I did a mobile order and when I received my food I got the wrong sandwich they gave me a sausage egg and cheese mc muffin and a steak mc griddle with my Dr pepper I didn’t even receive my pie or hashbrown let alone I didn’t get to eat the breakfast I ordered and payed for. Overall worst experience ever

I enjoy bringing the grandkids here! It is always clean and the service is fast. Plenty of room for them to spread out Tonight the manager was Eric R. (I forgot how to spell his last name) and he was very attentive and made sure that our order was correct and the kids had everything they needed! Kids had a good time and that always makes me happy!

This is my “regular McDonald’s” I stop on my way to work for coffee and McMuffins usually. The morning crew is awesome. I see the same ladies almost every visit and they are friendly and professional and they always thank me for my business and tell me to have a safe day. Of course I’ve been to McDonald’s all over the USA but this one is probably about the cleanest one and the one I’ve experienced the best customer service at. I rarely have much of a wait and they make very few errors.

I’ve left a review before. I am a regular(AT LEAST a few times a week,anywhere from 6am-Noonish) at this location, usually for a caramel frappe. Im absolutely speechless how efficient it is. I’ve never been to a restaurant that is run as amazing as that particular restaurant, let alone a fast food and even more mind blowing its a McDonald’s! All places need to be run like this one! I can not forget to mention how friendly everyone is. Not one time have they not smiled and been friendly! Other McDonalds management and owners from other Mcdonalds or resturants period should go through to see how they could give their customers a better experience. Debbie, the extremely friendly lady in the back drive thru has been employed for 17 years. She address’ people by their names, which means more than you’d think! “Pull on up Rachel!” Makes you feel more than just a person that means nothing more than them making money off of you. Brilliant Job everyone!

This is the third time they have completely forgot about my single takeout breakfast. I’ve noticed it with certain management members that this happens with. Unacceptable to completely forget about a customer’s order. Customer had to come up and remind them of the order 10 minutes prior.

Horrible place. Use to be a great place. Employees including managers are so rude and the last 10 times I’ve been there or more it’s been a 15-20 minute wait or longer. They don’t even acknowledge you if you go to the front counter. They will look at you and that’s it. You literally have to yell for someone to help.

Its mcdonald’s, don’t expect them to get and order correct. But be prepared to get out of the drive thru to waste time to go inside, then wait a century for an actual human worker to give the remaining order. Doesn’t matter which day or time, this always happens everywhere these days

Having to park to get a happy meal is ridiculous. I’ve been with no other cars there and still asked to pull over and wait for a single happy meal. This is not fast food anymore.
