I have to give major props to this Zaxby’s location. I’m usually not big on fast food unless it really stands out, and this one definitely did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our food came out to the table in under 3 minutes — hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The flavor was spot-on and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Hands down the best location I’ve visited, and we’ll definitely be coming back! I love the Lemon pepper flavor they added in the menu recently!!

This review isn’t about the food. I have been coming to this Zaxbys at least twice a month for the last year. The food and service is average. My complaint is the app and the employees look at me like I am crazy every time I come in. The points aren’t working. I accumulated over 3000 but can’t use them.

I usually order from here, and it’s usually good/dine, but my order today was a bit pitiful. Ordered wings and things, which includes three chicken tenders. The sizes of the tenders were tiny and smaller than the sauces. Usually they aren’t this small. Needs some quality control

Food was excellent. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The young lady that checked me out was courteous and prompt. I ordered 5 fingers meal and had them dipped in there buffalo wing sauce with blue cheese. Meal was awesome! Thanks

Today my experience was horrible. Normally the food is fresh and my order is accurate. They handed me someone else’s order and I did not know until I drove away. I came back to the store and the young lady put on the screen to fix my order. I gave them back the food that wasn’t mine then they handed me my food. Got home and my great 8 boneless meal looks like they got left overs out of the trash, put it in a container and handed it to me. My daughter refused to eat it. I normally come here but very disgusted today.

I dont know if you could mess up a order more. Ordered a salad with no cucumbers or onions, had both on there. Ordered and paid for cheddar bites, didnt even receive them.
