The fact that I received absolutely nothing of what I ordered is very disappointing. It’s almost like they legit went out of their way to give me nothing I ordered. I ordered almost 30 dollars in food and got some sorry ssa chicken tenders like three and coleslaw and a nasty drink, that once again I didn’t order. I had no wings of and the toast two pieces of bread they didn’t even bother to toast like be for real. If you don’t care about your customers when they order on apps stop accepting the orders it’s just ridiculous how this location is consistently an issue. Does this look like a wings n things lemon pepper wings extra fries no it looks like some bs.

Huge shoutout to Carly at this Zaxby’s – literally the definition of grace under pressure. My order got mixed up and she kept me updated the whole time, went above and beyond, and stayed so positive. I told her I used to work food service, so I know how wild it gets, and she handles it like a pro every time I come in. Carly, don’t let impatient customers ruin your vibe or dim your light, you’re amazing! And to the manager: you don’t have to stress over corporate pressure to be great. Being a solid supervisor and actually uplifting your team will take you way farther. Great store, great people. 🙂

Went tonight and they couldn’t handle it. I waited 22 minutes for my small order. There were a ton of people impatiently waiting, a long drive through lane where cars were not moving. It’s chicken and fries and they couldn’t handle it. People kept coming in frustrated that their orders were wrong.. my order was missing the sauce. They must have cheap labor. I’d invest in some better employees.

Just went through drive-through and ordered a big zax snack combo with a chocolate shake and an extra chocolate shake on the side. But that’s not what I received. I received two birthday cake shakes, which are absolutely disgusting because they taste like coffee. And I do not like coffee. Tried to call them a couple of times, no answer. So I’m out five dollars for the shake on the side and the cost of upgrading to a shake with the combo. I’ll be sticking to Chick-fil-A from now on. Incompetence

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Zaxby’s tonight. I went with my partner, and from the start the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The food was even worse. The chicken tasted burnt, was overly greasy, and had a strange gritty texture. Some pieces looked unhealthy and poorly prepared. To make things even more upsetting, we found multiple small curly hairs in our food. That completely ruined the meal. This experience was shocking because we usually like Zaxby’s, but after tonight, I’m not sure we’ll be coming back.

Been here a few times. Had the orders correct, had them wrong but they fix things with no problem. I love Zaxby’s, better chicken than Chik-Fil-A and I haven’t heard of Zaxby’s donating to charities that mutilate women in Africa. The sauce, chicken, fries, and toast are all better than Raising Cane’s, and for the price a better value than that other chicken tender place expanding around here.
Get the Mr Beast Box. There is so much food and it comes with those awesome cheese curds. If you want curds and don’t want to go to a Wisconsin fair get these. They are the white ones and they aren’t over breaded like Culver’s, the Zaxby’s batter is better than Culver’s breading too.

Ordered on the app 10 minutes before arriving (like the app said to do) and checked in! sat in the drive through for 35 waiting i could you not from 6:25 pm – 7:00 and no one seemed to have any sense of urgency for any customers.

Great food. The service is really good. Went to the drive through one time. Went to the counter another time. Have not had any issues with orders being wrong. The prices are reasonable. Really great options. Salads to sandwiches, it is all good. The toast is the best, especially dipped in the zax sauce.
