BEWARE WORST ZAXBY’S EVER!!! This is really a long time coming. We’ve been there 10 times in the last 4 years. My large fry is 5 oz of fries, I weighed it. Don’t let them lie and do an “upgrade”, they’re just going to steal your money there. About half the time I have to check my order before I leave because something’s missing. This time two items were missing for my order that I placed today 11/12 at 6:40 p.m. A picture of my large fry that I paid extra for which looks exactly the same as the other large fry that I ordered. Funny enough, my son’s kids meal has just as many fries a little over 5 oz. Please change ownership to someone else, thank you.

This is a super cool franchise, with amazing chicken and fries! It was a hard choice between the plain chicken, or using Zaxbys’ dipping sauce! Even the Texas toast was good dipped in the sauce! Amazing company on this occasion made the experience even better! If you are in one of the lucky states where there is a Zaxbys… do not think about trying it… just get in there!

Always the best chicken no matter what you order. Fries are hot fresh. Chicken is good. Zalads are delicious. Wish they bring back thousand Island dressing.
Besides that always clean and nice customers service they bring your tray out for you.

Stopped by Zaxbys tonight for dinner. It was excellent. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. Ethan P. was great and provided awesome customer service. We enjoyed it!

Food is good as always but I did not care for the amount of lemon pepper seasoning I got. I went through the drive thru and ordered a cup of the seasoning on the side and the amount i got was miniscule. Only a few pinches. Easily less than what I get in 1 cup at other restaurants when i ask for the seasoning(which I’d guess is a 1/3 to 1/2 the volume of the cup) and surely not worth 25 cents. I went inside to try to get more and I got another cup. Also a few pinches. And I didn’t see the worker i was talking with put the seasoning in the cup herself so i guess what i got is the most approved by corporate or something. When i got the second cup, the worker could sense i still wasn’t satisfied so she asked if I wanted another. I said yes and once I got it, I left. I don’t if corporate is to blame or maybe there’s some lemon pepper seasoning shortage or what. Every other part of my order was great, as was the staff, but the amount of seasoning in 1 cup leaves much to be desired.

I love the store and people, however, as I entered the store today I slipped. I thought it was water, but the floor was greasy. As I walked in further I kept slipping. The whole floor was greasy. I told the manager and she said that there’s nothing she can do about it because they’ve already mopped. Me and the other customer in the lobby just looked at each other. The floor is terribly greasy and dangerous.

The drive through was down and there was a ln amazingly friendly gentleman who was helping us order. He made suggestions (it was my partners first experience with this place as a midwesterner) and even helped us save some money. Good fries, fresh food, and an actual large drink. Not only did my girlfriend and I wait like 12 minutes for fries, but they didn’t make them properly. They just threw two small, full, bacon strips on them and immediately closed the window after us receiving the food. There isn’t even much sauce on it, it looks like the cook didn’t even try.

9/29/2024 UPDATE: Used the app to place a pickup order. Went through the drive-thru to get it and the girl at the window could not find the food only the drink. She checked the system and it showed as being made, checked with the manager and apparently someone snagged my food bags from the pickup counter inside. They verified my online receipt and proceeded to remake my food. Manager was very apologetic about the whole thing and they remade my food very quickly. And everything was exactly as I had requested in the app.
1/2/2023 Update: 1 yr after last review: Still not impressed. Fried pickles were burnt through and inedible, boneless wings were dried out and also drenched in a pool of sauce that ended up all over the bag and the grated cheese on the salad was actually presliced American Cheese that had been hacked to pieces. Service was mediocre at best. The guy at the window didn’t say a single word to me just thrust the bag and drink at me and walked away. The girl at the order booth was pleasant enough, she at least greeted me and repeated my order. The young lady that came out while the other was taking more order was much friendlier and was actually engaging with me. At one time this was a great place to get food. Little by little it’s as if no one cares any more here. And with all the new shops and house developments coming to the area one would think they would try so they don’t lose the potential business from newcomers when they ask locals for recommendations on places to go.
