Stopped in for a quick bite and couldn’t have been more pleased. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. The food is always delicious as usual. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I enjoy the multi choice drink machine. Great stop that I would highly recommend.

Quality of food has gotten worse, my chicken tenders where the size if a French fry an I asked for sauce on both my wings and tenders, only got sauce on my wings if you could even say there was sauce because there was literally none.

Zaxby’s used to be one of my go to places for lunch. I had gone to Zaxby’s drive thru to place an order for myself and 3 co-workers upon placing the orders I was told they could only do three orders through the drive thru, this was about 2pm on Thursday 1-20-22. I ordered the food for my co-workers and after I paid I proceeded to leave the premises without any reasoning, apologizes, or explanations for this decision. I get it because of the time it takes to process the orders. But what gets me is there’s no one in line behind me and there is 5 or 6 people in the kitchen area. There are a lot of fast food restaurants struggling right now, and someone trys to give you business and you reject it. You can bet this will be the last time I set foot or in this case, drive onto any of your properties. It’s a shame because your food and your service is normally way above average.

I would give a zero but I cant…I was on my way home from a late night and figured Zaxbys would be opened but they closed ten minutes early and I called to ask if they were open (because they were supposed to be) and he gave me alot of sass and was highly rude. He said we can go through drivethru so we did but were on foot because we just went to the door and said he couldnt take orders. Very dissatisfied. Don’t come thirty minutes before closing…

We get takeout from here frequently. The food is always good but they NEVER get the sauces correct. This week we ordered the family pack and got 2 of the 4 sauces. This is at least the 4th time it has happened in a row. Last time we got no sauces at all. Why is this one part so difficult? The app asks for each sauce wanted and we always confirm they are chosen before submitting. Maybe we need to empty the bags everytime to see what is missing.
