I have Tune-in in my car and lately it has had a lot of commercials for Zaxby’s Southern Fried Shrimp. I loved fried shrimp and I told my wife that I wanted to try some. While she was out shopping last week she picked up an order for me.
The order consisted of 8 small shrimp, a small number of French fries, and a small Diet Coke. And Oh, it had a slice of what they call “French toast”. The shrimp tasted good, but ther shrimp, without the coating, probably weighed only about 3 onces. The fries were very soft and spongy. I had to use our air fryer at home to crisp them up. The bread might have been toasted and it might have had a had a bit of butter on it, but it was hard to tell. I think that it was added to make the skimpy meal seem more substantial.
My “2” Food rating has as much to do with pricy $10 cost as the quality and lack of quantity of the food.

I only experienced the drive thru. This was my very first time at Zaxby’s. There was a long wait but the service was decent yet pleasant. The food was ok but my choice in salad should have been different. Too much teriyaki sauce, that’s my fault. The dessert was really good and so we’re the egg rolls.

I have been there like, 3 times, and those 3 times they have always gotten my order wrong, and then they don’t even give you the order right. I ordered the 4-finger plate, and they didn’t even give me a slice of bread and I barely had any fries.

Went for lunch and spent thirty minutes inside lobby waiting on my food when there were several employees who did not know what was going on. Order came out wrong when it did. I had left the drive thru because the line was so long. I went inside and it was worse. Get it together folks.

Excellent Food! I went today for lunch drive thru was wrapped around the building. Inside was packed as well. The service on this busy day was excellent I waited maybe 10 minutes for my food. It was hot fresh and oh so amazing! The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Not one complaint at all. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep coming.

THIS LOCATION IS NOT AUTISTIC FRIENDLY!! My father went in to order food on June 21 around 1 or 2 with my son and the cashier looked at my son rudely and said he was making too much noise and if he could stop!! A 12 yrs old AUTISTIC child. Leaving a comment to let PARENTS OF AUTISTIC/SPECIAL NEEDS children know because NOBODY should be embarrassed or made feel less than for having a SPECIAL NEEDS child.

Brah that sandwich really hit. But they got a Hitler bust on the wall. Kinda messed up. Also they fry straws didn’t work. And the cups were over a year expired. Only go here if you’re desperate.
