We’ve eaten here many times over the years. The resturant is clean and the service is efficient. The food is a little more expensive than a typical fast food resturant but it’s well worth it because the quality is better. The zensation salad is very good. The new huge chicken bacon ranch Quesadilla was really good to. Zaxbys is in my regular rotation along with chick fila and Freddy’s.

My family had ordered the zax pack. Which is supposed to be 20 fingers and about two large fries. The fries that was in the box were old and only feed 2 small kids. That’s the worst the fries have ever been. Usually it is a small amount but not like this. They knew it wasn’t acceptable but still gave it to us anyway. We loved zaxbys. Don’t anymore.

Took a friend for his 59th birthday today for a late lunch. His choice! He had a 6 piece chicken finger combo, I had 5 pc traditional wing combo. We ordered fried pickles & some sort of fried cheese nuggets to snack on. Everything was good – he took home all the leftovers. We each brought home a brownie for later. The food was good, the bathrooms were clean. The customer service was TOP NOTCH. Kristin & Tiffany were on top of the game, giving customer service better than some waitresses. We were impressed.

The cashier at the front name James is the best ! He was the friendliest and nicest person ! Very patient and super helpful when we had questions on what he recommended! Had awesome suggestions and helped us decide what we wanted! Very welcoming ! Best Zaxbys I have ever been to and we are not from Alabama but drove here on our way back from a funeral and he made our day ! James is the best !

I waited entirely too long for my order to be taken at the speaker it had to be at least 15 mins and also I had to wait another 15 minutes at the window once I paid. I recommend getting more help during this busy hour.

This was my first visit to a Zaxby’s and I was very happy with the food, I ordered an avocado ranch taco (3.00) and a small fry (2.49), both were hot and tasty. I would have liked the chicken to have been cut up in smaller pieces to be easier to eat but it was very good. The crinkle fries were great. My friend ordered a #2 Chicken Finger Plate (10.79) which comes with the chicken fingers, 2 sides and a drink, it was good but there are limited selections for sides so she got double fries since she doesn’t like coleslaw. The server was great and helped us understand the menu since it was our first time there. We’ll return for sure.
