Management was perftect . Counter male needs training. It takes 3:30 to cook chicken tenders. If a customer asks where their order is after 20 minutes and the counter shakes his head that’s disrespectful . The money paid for tickets is your check. Do your job. I won’t stop until he is fired. Driving to Birmingham from Bradenton Florida can make a person stir crazy!!!!! So we decided to take a walk because our legs got a little restless……… we stumbled across this Zaxby’s. Well with Covid dining rooms are closed and you have to have a car to go to the drive-through. So I called, the first girl that answered the phone didn’t know I was looking at her through the window. She seemed a little shocked. She definitely didn’t want to take my order definitely didn’t know what to say to me. So she handed the phone to Brianna who took my order is a very nice young lady. She deserves some Recognition for her not being rude. I’m just not taking your order because we weren’t in the car. I had my nephew with us who I was pretty hungry and Brianna save the day! So thank you for having an employee like her! If I’m ever in this part of Alabama again we will stop again!!!!!!

I ordered and paid for 200 chicken fingers a week ago and was assured that they would be ready at 10:30. It is now 10:52 and still don’t have my fingers ! They are for an event that starts @11:00. I called 2 days ago to confirm and was again assured they would be ready @ 10:30. When I got here at 10:30, I was told 5 minutes – it’s now been 25!

First time eating there. The food I got was good and the menu had a really nice variety. Store looked clean and the people were friendly. I’ll definitely have them in my top fast food choices from now on.
