We love Zaxbys but when we went and tried athe grill cheese sandwich , it was not only upside down in the container where the cheese melted to the bottom of the box , there was lettuce peices in the sandwich with black spots in the sandwich too. It really looked good from the outside but inside and the lack of cheese in the sandwich alone saddened us. Don’t know if we will try it again.

A obvious lack of accountability and leadership. Drink machine tastes horrible. Not attentive to in house dining majority employees moseying around took 20 minutes to get a handful of fries and 8 tenders LOL. Not an efficiently ran branch, seemingly a clique of a bunch of kids who all know each other outside of work and just go through the motions. One fork for two meals. Blatantly didn’t put my extra piece of toast on the plate. How do I know it was blatant? They didn’t put the slaw ! 1.24.25 all females working except the one male in the back just going through the motions, who packed my order. I pulled around the drive through to receive my toast and the girl at the window was more than nice and said sorry. PSA why am I seeing the bottom of my to go box for a 15$ plate .do a better job at hiring people who have the best interest of your company.

One would assume that when you order Loaded Ranch Fries, there is actually RANCH on the fries. Apparently that assumption is wrong. I love their loaded ranch fries when they are done right. Lately when I order them I open the box to dry fries, chicken and melted cheese. The ranch is a tiny little packet on the side. I don’t know what’s going on over there lately, but I’m very unhappy. I’m about to give up on our local Zaxby’s.

I was in town just for the night, a friend and I stopped here for dinner. The food was good. But the restaurant was not clean. The tables were all dirty, the garage cans were all over full. It may have been busy earlier but it was not when we were there. Attention was needed in the dinning area.

Grub hub delivery driver was great. The order was without sauce and boneless wings were dry. She took it back and the restaurant wouldn’t fix it and threw in sauces on the side. Now lunch is cold and dry. Worst zaxbys experience ever. Never again

I stopped by Zaxby’s today for lunch and opted for the five-finger large meal, anticipating leftovers for later. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the chicken fingers; they seemed noticeably smaller than I remember from about a year ago, perhaps around 50% less. Given the price, it felt like I wasn’t getting as much bang for my buck.
I also checked the app for any specials, but I found none available, which was disappointing. I’m used to finding great deals on other competitors’ apps, and it seems Zaxby’s doesn’t currently offer any specials, which is a missed opportunity in my opinion.
On a positive note, the fries were quite good and had a generous amount of seasoning, adding some nice flavor. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the coleslaw because I wasn’t given a fork or spoon. This is particularly strange for a drive-through experience, as it’s essential to have something to eat with when you’re on the go—whether you’re heading home, to work, or enjoying a meal at the park.
Overall, while the meal was decent, I hope Zaxby’s considers adding some specials to their app and re-evaluates portion sizes for better value. When spending around $15, customers should feel they’re getting their money’s worth. I’d love to see improvements in the future!

Mary is rude and disgusting to customers. Came in to pay for me and my friends food told her my name and she didn’t hear me the first time so then rudely said she needs a name and threw her hands up since seemingly according to her, we were taking too long in the EMPTY dining room. Rude service love the food though.
