Avoid this place! The service was terrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered ice cream for my family on our way home. Unfortunately, it was nighttime, and I didn’t check the order until we got home only to find that nothing was correct!
When I called to speak with the manager at 9:35 PM on 10/18/25, he refused to give me his name and told me there was nothing he could do since I had already left. When I asked for the corporate number, he claimed they weren’t owned by corporate.
It’s unacceptable that Dairy Queen can take your money and give you whatever product they choose, with no accountability. Very disappointing experience!

Went golfing at the Country Club of Winter Haven, and of course, I had to stop by a dairy queen on the way home. This is not your traditional dairy queen and is in more of a strip mall. I got myself the og reces peanut butter cup blzzard!!

This is the first time I’ve left a review for here. Usually we have a really good experience. But that was not tonight. We ordered 2 blizzards and a banana split. It took about 20 minutes to get the banana split and one of the blizzards. Never have we had to say no nuts on a split, never have we gotten nuts on a split. Until tonight. We ordered no pineapple, and it was replaced with nuts. Not at all happy with our experience today.

This happened at the Dairy Queen in Lakeland Florida on South Florida Ave . I hope the staff enjoyed our order, We went somewhere else.

Better prices than the other Dairy Queen a the workers are great very kind. One worker in particular made the experience especially special and made one of the best blizzards I’ve ever consumed.

Food was good we git the cheese sticks and I got a root beer float and my wife got a brownie bowl not very busy but did take a minute to order and receive our food but it was hot when we got the cheese sticks and the ice cream was excellent my wife says and my root beer float hit the spot after longhorn steak house dinner.

The food was a bit pricey but it’s not far from standard. The thing that really limits my rating is the service and time. Not only was everyone bleak and dull, but I wasn’t greeted. I ordered a small fry and cheese sticks, came to just under $10. This was a clear, non-busy day and I waited shy of 30 minutes. I’d have done better walking the 2 kilometers down the street and went to Wendy’s or McDonald’s. This specific Dairy Queen is unreasonably slow and their lack of any good service adds salt to the wound. A simple “your food will be out in a small bit” would’ve don’t wonders. For a moment, I had thought they forgot my order. I wouldn’t come back here
