Today I went to Zaxbys with my husband around 7:45 and had a very pleasant experience. The zaxbys has been set up with the cutest christmas decorations and not to mention the girl who took my order, Chantal, has amazing manners and her attitude was so positive and radiant. Our food was brought out quickly and was warm and delicious. The place is very clean and a warm environment. We are definitely coming here again.

Ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad from Zaxby’s for lunch today. The cost is nearly $12.00 for a salad. The lettuce was brown and soggy. I had to dig it out of the salad, not to mention the long blonde hair that I pulled out of the salad.

so i went here to try their food for the first time. tell me why when i order my food, the cashier lady had such an attitude. like i would ask what’s good and she literally said “idk just pick something, it doesn’t matter.” so like i ignored that and i ordered a grilled cheese. as i waited for my food, i could hear some ppl in the back laughing so loud and things being knocked over, i just ignored it. so when i got my food, i went to pick it up… it was cold. like actually ice cold. i’m okay if the food wasn’t hot or too warm, but this was too much. so far so great! i went up to the cashier, where i asked for the manager. the manager arrives, kinda laughing bc he was prob with the other employees who were also laughing, (i think his name is mike or michael or something,) and told him “excuse me, but my grilled cheese is cold, and your employees are giving attitude for no reason.” he just took my plate. but as i waited near the front, i could literally SEE these ppl straight up horseplaying. im pretty sure he put it in the microwave and heated it up, but i literally saw my sandwich almost fall to the ground due to another employee pushing him playfully. so yeah…

Come here with coworkers so now I like this place. No hassle to order to go or to eat there. The restaurant is kept clean and the service has been great. I have enjoyed “The Blue” salad and their chicken sandwiches are really also really good. I love chicken and this place does it right.

$30 for two chicken strip plates and this what I get. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip plate for myself and this what I was given, which I didn’t realize until I made it back to my house. It was just a few dry over cooked ends that were stuck floating around the fryer, not actual chicken fingers. I tried to call and ask for the manager and was told they were not there so basically I’m just left with this and no chance at replacing them or receiving a refund. So if you enjoy dry old food that isn’t even close to what’s advertised, and wasting money you’ll never get back, this is the place for you

The food was disgusting! I spent $33.00 for fries that were undercook and soggy. The chicken was cold and Super Salty! The toast was cold and soggy too and it taste like it had chemicals in it! I was charged for sauces that were never put in my bag. Not one sauce not the ones that came with the meal or the ones I order extra which was about $2.00. The strawberry lemonade taste like straight water and sugar! Their chicken tacos were horrible! The cheesecake bites were cold. I will NEVER order from them again!! This place is horrible. They need to put a raising cane!

The food is pretty good when it’s done well but for some reason can’t seem to get a correct order at this location, always something incorrect or missing, the one on US 41 is much better. The zalads are very good probably the best fast food salad you can get.

We ordered almost $40 worth of food and most of it was inedible. I ordered the wings and things combo. I didn’t receive my close slaw, 2/5 of my wings were dry and I couldn’t even bite into them, they also had barely any sauce. My chicken fingers were small and dry. My toast was stale and burnt. I also ordered a sweet peach tea and received unsweetened tea. Also I went to eat it in my car and there was sauce all over my car because there was a hole in the bottom of the container. After realizing that I was missing items I went back in to ask for the missing items and for the correct drink. I was given the smallest portion of Cole slaw and was told they were out of sweet tea. Will not come back to this location. The one in Lehigh acres always gets my order right and gives me good food.

***** edited to add***** Tonight I decided to give the restaurant another chance. After my previous experience, I was contacted by Elijah, the store manager, who wanted to make the situation right and have me give the restaurant another chance. Tonight I decided to do just that. I called the store before heading over to the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty, Michael. He did not have any idea of the previous situation however he assured me he would make things right for me. When I got to the restaurant, I asked for Michael and he was very apologetic about my previous experience and made things right. After my interaction with both Elijah and Michael, I am happy to say that they have restored my faith in this restaurant’s Customer Service. Thank you to both of you for how you handled my situation. I will definitely be returning again!

I went through the drive-through at 8:14 PM. When I got to the window I was handed my milkshakes and was told to pull up to the curb. After about seven minutes and several cars going through the drive-through and getting their food, I went inside the restaurant to ask if someone had forgotten about me. The girl behind the counter was clueless and said they didn’t know I was still waiting. No one knew what they were doing. I finally got my two salads at 8:26 PM. No one apologized nor tried to do anything to make this right. Absolutely appalled at the service I received. Not to mention the fact that the milkshakes sat in my car for 15 minutes, waiting for the salads. They should’ve at least offered to make fresh milkshakes. Very dissatisfied with the service I received with this experience.
