Used to love this place. Not so much anymore. I ordered 2 slices, 1 was fine. Then I could see the second piece they were trying to give me was old and real small. No way in hell worth over $5 a slice . So I asked for a specific one. The girl didn’t like that so asked another employee to help me. He tried giving me the old nasty looking small slice again. They are all very young and seem to not care about the customer obviously! Hard pass from now on!

Had lunch here with my family about noon on 1/10/26. Only one woman running the whole store. I know her name started with a B and I don’t want to butcher it. However, GIVE.THIS.GIRL.A.RAISE. She was killing it and had a great personality. Thank you for making our lunch great.

I ordered a pasta, a cheese pizza, and a Sierra Mist. The pasta was warm and you could see the steam on the plastic lid. The pizza, on the other hand, was just room temperature because it was sitting out for a bit before I ordered it. The Sierra Mist was also okay, kind of watered down and I kind of tasted sweeter in it in the beginning? But it was fine overall. But I got everything underneath 10 dollars, so it was a worthy investment. The staff was nice too! Just keep your hands behind the glass lol.

Ordered through doordash and they forgot the pizza. Entire pizza. Reordered and still screwed it up. Definitely won’t be going back. How is it even possible to mistake a $24 pizza for a slice??? Ridiculous. Just lazy employees

12$ 2 slices and they dont put slices back in actual oven they put it through a conveyor belt reheat system that sits on counter. The oven is just to cook the pizza to reheat they put it back in a machine lol. they also dont do cup of waters. They want to charge 4 $ for a bottle. Not a customer in line I should of known why. I wanted the old sbarro experience seeing them pull it out of the oven and nope.

I was in line today at around 1:30pm and I’m pretty sure the cashier pocketed the cash from the couple in front of me.. he slipped the money under the tablet after telling them 20 bucks.

Made the mistake of ordering an entire pizza. The woman at the desk said come back in 20-25 minutes. When I did she said a few more minutes and she just then began making my pizza and threw it in the oven. Another 15 minutes later she gave me a super undercooked pizza that fell apart when you picked it up. They weren’t even busy. Just horrible incompetence, service, and food.

There was this worker he told me his name was Abraham. He stunk so bad like you could smell it from behind the counter. Not only that but he was sweating too from his hair and it looked like it was dripping on my food. No hair net or nothing that was so disusting. Over all not good you need better staff. I hope no one else had to deal with that and I feel bad for his coworkers that have to smell that. If I could smell him through the glass that’s not good at all!

I had a really disappointing experience at this pizza place inside the Great Lakes Mall. I was pointing *from a distance* at the pizza I wanted to order, and the manager suddenly started yelling at me to not reach over the food — even though I wasn’t anywhere near it. It felt aggressive and completely unnecessary.
I decided to let it go and ordered a whole pizza. Since they usually sell pizza by the slice, I figured I’d wait while they prepared the whole pie before paying. But the same manager called out to me loudly saying, “Ma’am, you have to pay first or I can’t make your pizza.” I was confused and a bit embarrassed Iobviously intended to pay, and I didn’t understand why I was being singled out or treated with suspicion.The way he looked at me and spoke to me throughout the interaction was rude and unwelcoming. Overall, it was a horrible customer service experience, and I won’t be returning

uses same tongs for everything, my breadstick was put in with someone else’s pizza and somehow ended up on top of it and the pizza had pork and I can’t have pork. very disappointed
