****This is the Plant City Location***
I had to change the food review because they serving spoiled food. Ordered a “Zalad” and the cucumbers were moldy and slimy, and the lettuce was brown and withered… photos included.
This review is also an attempt to get the management to do something about the bad lighting on the exterior of the building and premises. Drive thru lighting has been out for several months. The manager has made their bosses aware and nothing has been fixed.
Maybe a review written by an actual customer, who doesn’t feel too safe May garner some attention from the Zaxby’s management.
It’s an attempted robbery or even worse waiting to happen at the drive thru. Take some of the revenue and fix the lighting. Make it brighter and safer for your customers.

I eat here often and today they dropped the ball. I ordered a Cobb salad no cucumbers. I got the salad and half way thru it I found several cucumbers in my salad. I usually love the tomatoes they used but today they were over ripe and mushy. Ashley, who took my order was very nice and made sure I got my order as soon as it was ready.

This place needs to be shut down and revamped. For the prices they are charging you would think the quality of food is better. Just went through drive thru and the shrimp they gave us was burnt and old. The fries were soggy as well. The shrimp had a disgusting after taste. Thought I could give them another chance but that was my very last time going there.

Thank you to the lovely ladies for making our food today around 5pm. Everything was fresh and delicious but I was pleasantly surprised by the Asian salad that comes with an egg roll. Fresh crunchy lettuce, vinaigrette is perfect and it had chicken in every bite. Boyfriend got wings and things and tore his up as well lol

The young woman in the drive thru is always pleasant and helpful. Seen people almost drive away and her yell and run the food out the door. She’s professional and absolutely a delight.

It’s been two weeks that the urinal has been broken and full of urine. The smell was strong enough to be in the lobby last week and absolutely horrible inside the restroom. I was surprised to see it was still down this week, but should I be with them consistently keeping the bathroom dirty?The restroom is filthy every time I come by, and the floors in restroom and lobby are always dirty with a film. The temperature of the food is very hit or miss. Spoke to a coworker about the experience and he laughed since he already knew to expect this from this location.

Excited to try the new zensation Asian salad tonight! With an eggroll! Comes with citrus vinaigrette. So far it’s pretty good! The eggroll is awesome, cooked perfectly, I’m picky n like my food cooked! Crunchy is my jam! Def a hit and a refreshing change from a boring old salad! I came to this location and ordered two meals with two strawberry lemonades through the drive thru. Got home, ate the food and finished the drink but as I went to open the cup to dump the ice out I found a rusted metal piece inside of the cup. Not sure if this was the only piece in it or not, but if there was it was small enough to be swallowed because this was all I found. I called to speak to a manager and let them know of the situation not even asking for a refund but just looking out for the safety of other customers and she seemed to not care at all. Very unprofessional and just upsetting that this is how customers are treated especially when I know others wouldn’t have been as nice as I was over the phone….
