Super fast drive thru and very patient staff. Purchased 2 boxes and called ahead because it was a large order. They had it ready when i arrived and even had a coupon for me! Love this place and strongly recommend the food quality and staff friendly environment!

I always have a positive experience at this Zaxby’s location, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The staff member, Jesie, goes above & beyond, and is always very efficient. I’ve seen him take his time with customers to ensure they have a good experience even during busy times. He is always very friendly and makes sure we have everything we need… enough sauces, etc. I am impressed with this Zaxbys as a whole and have never had a bad experience. This team works well together, they must have good management.

Went through the drive thru a few nights ago, ordered the big box. Only one car in front of us, and they left the window prior to us getting there. We sat for 10 minutes waiting on our food but I’m still giving 5 stars all around simply because we were not asked to pull forward as the cars piled up behind us.

Ordered original chicken sandwich combo meal, 3 chicken fingers and 1 order of fried pickles through the drive up. Arrived home and no chicken fingers. Chicken sandwich we actually laughed at because NO ONE would eat that tiny, overcooked, piece of whatever that was. Whole dinner absolutely AWFUL.

I don’t know why I go back every time thinking maybe something will be different. The kids working there just don’t care. Ordered my food off the app this time and chose for the seasoning to be on the side of the fries instead of dumped on top per usual. Still got it dumped on top. The sauce on the sandwiches is sad. The bread is stale.

We ordered a 4 pieces chicken fingers plate and a Cobb salad and they gave us very small amount of food for the money that we paid, even the salad has almost none chicken and chicken and fries were cold.

I would say zaxbys in general is amazing but this review rating is for this specific one. Always when I drive off there isn’t something missing. Wether it’s a drink or a part of a meal or a dressing to a salad. My grilled chicken was over cooked to charred beyond chewing. The bacon in the Cobb salad consisted of one piece broken into small pieces. I’ve been getting zaxbys for 10 years now and throughout the country and this one has always disappointed me.

Opened box and tomatoes and lettuce on my food. What a disappointment.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen at Zaxbys tonight. They have cars waiting so closely in the drive through that no one can get out of their food is delivered first. Too lazy to ask customers to pull around. The drive trough lady literally walked my food to the car – I told her I don’t have room to get out and she said you can back up some. I started to and the jeep behind me started laying on his horn yelling. Thanks zaxvys for the hostile confrontations after a 12 hour work day. Never coming back
