8$ brisket sandwich had maybe 4 onion straws and the overall density of a single cheeseburger from McDonald’s. It would be generous to say it was a third of the size of what the menu photo looks like. Curly fries were literally half an order and cold. I usually enjoy Arbys but this trip is going to make me think twice about coming back.

Ordered two Reuben sandwiches via the drive-thru, didn’t specify “corned beef”, got a couple ounces of COLD roast beef, with cold sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. $16. Didn’t even know reg roast beef was an option for a Reuben. Very disappointed in Arby’s. No manager supervision, inadequate training, no quality control. Won’t be going back there anytime soon

Horrible. Very expensive, slow, and loves to serve ice cold food. Last time I checked the French dip is served hot, not ice cold with cheese that most definitely was never melted. I mean come on now everything else in the bag was burning hot. this feels very intentional. I will never be coming to this Arby’s again. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m pretty sure it will not be the last if I continue to go to this Arby’s. you just lost a customer and if I have my way everyone I know will also be avoiding this Arby’s so therefore you just lost a bunch of customers

I have seen gyros at Arby’s for awhile now. I love gyros and thought ick, not at Arby’s! You surprised me Arby’s – I was wrong. It was really good. The flavor of the sauce was really good but the only complaint was the sandwich was a bit greasy. I will definitely order this again

Did a drive through order. Told the lady if the fries had been sitting a bit to please make fresh crinkle fries but if they thought they were good we would trust there judgement and take them the way they are. They had us pull forward for fresh…. the coke was on point, we also ordered tenders, apple pie and a double burger everything was was hot fresh and put together well. Server was friendly also. Best experience we’ve had at Arbys in a long while

Ordered an 8 piece jalapeño bite and only got 7. Try to come back once a year to see if there has been improvement and yet again. My order was incorrect with not 1 item matching what I ordered. Ill try again in 2026 but this may still retain the title of worst Arby’s in Michigan.
