This place is hard to find. It’s off a back road not the main road. The food here is your normal on-brand Zaxby’s taste and quality. I’d recommend drive through. The restaurant cleanliness was ok, not bad but not great by the end of the day. The bathrooms were absolutely weird: it was an open stall, no door, with two toilets side-by-side (see photo)! Very strange. You did have the option to lock the entire bathroom, but there was a stall wall just no door and it had two toilets in it. Not super clean either.

We had a great stop and fast service. All of our food was piping hot. I love there’s actually sauce as well as their Texas toast. We ordered the Zaxby’s family platter, which perfectly meets all of our families needs.

I was on my phone with my wife to make sure I remember everything when the girl taking the order over microphone say to another girl you need to come take this order because I am getting aggravated with this. On top of all that they didn’t even get the food right and tasted like it was made yesterday. When I called back the next day and spoke to a manager the only thing they said they could do about the food issue and the employee was replace I of the meals and nothing to the employee out of spending $60+ on food and that is all they could do and I guess the employee gets to go on to treat customers like crap. Never go back because they obviously don’t care about their customer service or food they give to their customers.

Ordered online the Asian salad, I was so excited that it was back and the eggroll is usually my favorite. Not today, they gave me a black burnt eggroll and drowned the salad in teriyaki. I’m disappointed.

I love this chain but lately it seems like the chicken tenders are smaller… like I got a 5 count and they were like mcnugget sized. And alot of the thing was bread… get real chicken tenders that are the normal size back. Also ordered the extra seasoning on the fries and every flipping time the fries are basically unseasoned. Are the people literally going hey let’s give them as little as possible for the full priced meals. Asked for no bread and extra fries. Got bread and normal fries. On the other order I got was the nasty coleslaw when I asked specifically not for it. 74 bucks spent. And this is what we got.. seriously? Not worth this. At all.

We stopped here on our road trip back toward home after our vacation in Florida. It was just days after Hurricane Helene & It appeared that everybody else was in the same boat as us, just getting to food after passing through parts of Georgia that were hit very bad and did not have any power or options for restaurants.
There were lots and lots of people. The food took a little bit longer due to this, however, I feel the staff was doing a great job handling the chaos and served us hot, fresh food As quickly as they could. We really enjoyed the chicken, fries, and the sauces! Props to this location for handling that day, and who knows how many others, so well!
