Stopped by this sandwich shop for lunch the other day. The place was clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. The sandwich I ordered was decent — fresh ingredients and good portion size, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. The bread was a bit drier than I expected, but not bad overall. Service was quick, and the prices seemed fair for what you get.

This has happened once before and I chalked it up to a bad day. Now that it’s happened twice, guess I’ll call it a theme. What a shame…Firehouse has always been a favorite in the other states I’ve lived in. Good thing there’s plenty of other choices in the area.

I have been going to firehouse subs for a long time now. The flavors are always consistent. This place is so clean and the subs tastes delicious! My family and I got the pepperoni meatball(new sub), spicy Cajun chicken and the Smokehouse Brisket. The service was fast and friendly staff. Thank you firefighters for all you do!

Ordered the NY Steamer, it was good. What stood out was the friendly staff and how clean the restaurant was. The team was not only wiping down tables, but chairs and under table poles, I’ve never experienced that level of cleaning in a fast food joint around dinner. And it’s not like they were cleaning up a mess, the place was just really clean.

Entered the order wrong and made the wrong food, then the remade food was wrong even after telling them no lettuce and tomato. Took over 45mins sitting there so I wouldn’t recommend.
