Yet again I ordered dipping sauces, and did not get them. The same thing happens with extra seasoning on the fries. The only difference is I fairly often get my sauces. I’ve literally never gotten the extra seasoning. I pay extra for these things, but then don’t get them.

Great food, great service. The food was survived promptly, it was hot and great. The fries had normal amount of seasoning. Inside was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Not sure why it’s not rated higher. I was greeted by a kind gentleman who took my order, remembered my name and waved bye as I left. The food was delicious as always. The restaurant was clean, fast, efficient, and the ladies’ restroom was also clean. Kudos to the very friendly and attentive crew there on July 3rd, 2025 at lunch time!

They were super busy. The cashier, Timpess, was super friendly. All the workers seemed to work well together and were enjoying thier job. One super nice lady even gave the kids in the dining room a cookie. That was a super kind thing to do. First Zaxby’s I’ve been to in a hot minute that didn’t let me down. These workers would travel around and teach others how service should be done. Thank you!!!

Quite honestly, I felt rudely rushed to give my order. I find every time I come through the drive thru, I’m not able to even finish my order before being rudely interrupted by”Is that all”! I wanted to order more but again before I could even finish a sentence, I was again rudely interrupted with “Is that all”! I decided to go somewhere else. This may not seem much to anyone but for my experience it was enough for me to deter and go elsewhere.
