Tried to be as nice as possible with the Dunkin’ Donuts on the blvd in New Haven/ West Haven town line but enough is enough. Every single time I order an everything bagel with cream cheese I order EXTRA cream cheese because I know they’re stingy with the cream cheese, but even when I PAY for “EXTRA” cream cheese they rip me off! I’m tired of paying for something in not receiving. I’ve had to tell them on multiple occasions (kindly, because i don’t need anyone getting upset and doing something to my food) to add extra cream cheese, I’ve even had to drive all the way back to the location because one time they even went as far as to NOT add ANY cream cheese, which should’ve been my breaking point. The cream cheese “budget” doesn’t come out of their pockets and I’m sure there’s policies in place, but this is ridiculous already. Couldn’t get corporate so had to resort to a review!

Stopped to use the bathroom. They only have one bathroom for all. Barely any toilet paper left. Ridiculous. Have been to a million Dunkin Donuts and never saw only one bathroom like this. At least restock the toilet paper.

I usually don’t write reviews but the girl took my order she needs a recognition for doing absolutely great job. She was very kind and made my coffee the way I wanted. I didn’t get her name girl with green eyes and head scarf.

I go to this DD every morning. The morning staff is phenomenal!!! They have exceptional customer service, make my ever changing coffee beverages to perfection. They deal with an extremely high volume of customers in a timely manner and still don’t lack in service or quality while doing it . Outstanding job guys!!

My drink in the end was fine. Although, the customer service & being rushed up to the window when all I’m doing is making sure she had my coffee down right. Only reason to do so was bc she said i had a flavor shot when i never asked for one. Being rushed to order & attitudes aren’t needed. If u don’t wanna work then don’t. 1/22/23 – 7:30 pm.

Very rude! Poor customer service skills! I went and was very polite greeted drive thru employees no response to the greeting. Ordered my food and coffee. I asked for my coffee to be remade service was denied. Started to eat my hash browns and hair was in my food. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I know the perks and what should be done and shouldn’t by employees. My coffee should’ve been remade without any questions! Unsatisfied customer and I will be calling corporate!

Today, 1/24/2023, was the first time that my DD app worked in this particular store! I was very happy. The line surprised me, but it moved quickly and I was able to get my order in and out the door.
