Food was mostly cold and had to wait 25 mins as if it was acceptable timing. Wings and chicken sandwich were both cold, fries were hot but unevenly seasoned, and the strips were hot but not very flavorful. Sandwich bag was also super greasy and not well closed. Tea was old from this morning and I tried it at 5:23, spent 23$ and WAS NOT WORTH IT! And I do not feel valued as a customer, we will not be coming back to probably any Zaxby’s in the near future or possibly distant future.

Worst experience ever. Kids wanted Zaxbys and we understand we had a lot of food to order. However, waited 45 minutes and watched people that were behind us get food. Asked for an ETA on the order, cashier grabs my reciept and walks back without saying anything. No eta or update.
See the cook slam our ticket against their holder, curse and you can tell visibly upset. Watched 3 people collaborate to discuss the ticket for a minute trying to figure out what happened I’m sure.
Communication and customer service seriously lacking. I hate going to Zaxbys next time I’ll veto the kids and we’ll go to chick fil a where they actually have customer service…..
Strongly suggest not coming to this zaxbys to anyone considering it. Also watched a cook with no hat or hair net.

Ordered food and had to order again because bus lets people order lots of chicken and doesn’t even think to put sauce in the bag. So then I have to order and wait for the sauce . The point of DoorDash is convenience and this ain’t it .. yall just don’t care about the order when people use door dash

I had been waiting for the remodeling to be complete. When I finally made it there. Thesystem was down. I was told when it came up only cash and call in orders would be honored. (Bummer). Staff was very nice and apologetic. I really missed those loaded fries. So I wait.

I just ordered, at 9:23pm today, on April 12,2025, a zax house shrimp salad add chicken and I got only 4 shrimp and barely any chicken. Ordered a surf and turf all to get home and there is no chicken in it and only 7 shrimp. I’m angry about the sorry service and poor food that was not worth it at all!!!!

We’ve been Zaxby’s fans for years. The corn on the southwest Zalad was frozen. The salad left a lot to be desired.

This is dirtiest and nastiest and worst service Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. The soda machines weren’t full of syrup, ice overflowing, trash everywhere, lines were 20-30 mins long. I used the women restroom and there was plaster on the floor and the ceiling was falling in. The soap dispenser was broken and soap all over the floor and both toilets clogged. How are employees even sanitary. This made me want to barf!

Upon arrival one person was waiting on food. Placed my order and waited over 20 minutes with one other person coming into restaurant. The person before my finally got his food which was sitting on the bar and none of the workers called it for him, his meal was wrong. When mine came to the window and then to me it was also wrong. Their fix for the salad was to remove the part done incorrectly and replace it on the same plate. If it was an allergy this would be an even bigger issue.
Ill add that Georgia Law states that you health inspection must be displayed in a public place. Which it is. Actually couldn’t find it. I am hoping this isn’t because you failed an inspection.
Overall very slow service. Questionable choices for handling food. Clear failure to follow health code and law. Guess I’ll drive across town or just to Lake Park.
