I wish Google had a 0 starts button. The service here is trash it just like their food quality. I had a terrible experience at the Zaxby’s the other day , and I honestly won’t be returning.My chicken tenders were extremely cold, like they had been sitting out way too long, and they barely had any breading on them. For the price you pay, you expect fresh, hot food not something that tastes rushed and careless.What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional behavior from the manager Kyra . While I was trying to explain the issue, she was gossiping with employees, rolled her eyes at me, and even made a joke with them while I was standing there. It felt dismissive and disrespectful. As a customer, you should never feel like you’re being laughed at for bringing up a legitimate concern.Overall, the food quality and customer service were both unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better -10 for me .

I came here with my 6-year-old daughter and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. First I want to say the lady that took our order was very patient and kind.
My daughter ordered a milkshake and loaded fries. The loaded fries container had what looked like dog hair stuck to it. I noticed they didn’t give us forks.
I went back to let them know, and they remade the fries but they barely had toppings, was over-seasoned, and after one bite my throat felt sore and irritated (I have asthma and allergies, so that was concerning).
On top of that, my daughter’s milkshake seemed spoiled. It had chunks in it like sour milk. They replaced it, but after drinking some of the second one, she immediately started complaining of stomach cramps so that one was probably spoiled too.
The staff at the window seem upset and were gossiping, acting like they had an attitude, because of my concerns and the manager seemed polite but her shirt looked dirty and unprofessional.
She even looked at the milkshake and I was like what is that. But Claim the second one couldn’t be spoiled because she’s the one put it out early in the morning.
This was a total health and safety concern. Between the possible dog hair, spoiled milkshakes, poor food quality, and unprofessional staff, I would not recommend this Zaxby’s to anyone. At this point, I should have asked for a full refund instead of giving them another chance. I started to take photos of the dog care, but I was so in a rush.

If I could leave a 0 I would but sadly I can’t . I was here today around 7:30pm I was standing in line to order my lovely 4 fingers plate I usually order from the one by my house but since I was at the mall today and it was right there why not but boy was I wrong . While I’m waiting in the line to order a Spanish looking girl with glasses yells” EW BRUH ITS MOLD BACK HERE “ MOLD?????????? You mean to tell me people are eating mold and this place is still open . WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT????? Me and a few other customers got out of that place soooo fast I don’t understand how they are still in business ♂️.

First time ever visiting a Zaxby and I must say it wasn’t what I had heard about. The food was not bad, but definitely not a home run! My chicken tenders had obviously been sitting under a heating lamp, and the wing sauce left a lot to be desired. The seasoning used on the chicken tenders is outstanding! My fries were good, and I love the big selection from the drink machine. Overall the staff was very nice. I would come back again.

right at $9 for this “appetizer” and it doesn’t even come full? i’ve had other times i’ve went here and they have shorted me chicken tenders when i order 4 and they give me 3. with the order in the pic i also got sprite and apparently they don’t clean the machine or something cause you can taste vinilla in my sprite.. this is crazy and a rip off. go to a different location to get your moneys worth cause the employees at this location act like they pay for the food out of their checks and have to save money. absolutely disappointing and such a waste of money. not to mention it tastes old.

I have always loved Zaxby’s! This location, though very busy, was super quick and very friendly. Despite being 5th in line we still barely waited 5 minutes for our food. The restaurant was also very clean which is always a bonus. I got my go to Wings & Things with Hot Honey Mustard sauce and everything was very good quality. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the near future!

I visited my local Zaxby’s and ordered the Big Zax Snack, specifically asking for the tenders to be tossed in Nuclear sauce. Unfortunately, the tenders were barely coated with the sauce. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location, but today it was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency of the food preparation in the future.

The food was so disappointing, the wing sauce was pure salt and we got nuclear flavor. They gave my boyfriend a travel size wing, while they gave me a cruchy burnt ahh wing. And the fries were basically raw AND salty. The cooks did not feel like working BRUH AND ONE OF MY WINGS HAD A BIG HAIR
