I am so sick and tired of people not doing their jobs and not even having the decency to apologize. Mistakes happen, but this many times? And then to call the store and get hung up on after explaining how frustrated I was. Clearly the manager I spoke with cannot handle constructive criticism. I have asked on multiple occasions to speak to higher ups and I am told they do not have the number….BS. I am asking for Cale Rowland to call me ASAP. The store in Rincon has my number because they stopped answering when I call. Food made wrong multiple times. A complete waste of money.

Cleanest and managed Zaxbys I have ever visited. Outstanding customer service and someone was cleaning and wiping all the time. I presume the manager took our order but was wiping and cleaning also, and even spoke with have a great weekend as we departed. Great job Rincon Zaxbys!

By far the WORST zaxbys around!!! This doesn’t speak to zaxbys as a whole but THIS zaxbys requires YOU to work for them and double and triple check your food. Your options when THEY forget your food is to drive all the way back. The will not issue a refund OR any partial. The manager gets very upset if you try to talk only HE is allowed to speak because “I’ve been a manager for 10 years ma’am.”
Since they’ve been there we’ve had a good food experience once and the rest are pretty on par for this level of service! Do your self a favor and drive to Port Wentworth!

Is anorexic chicken tenders and I don’t wanna get into the price we have to pay every time I think this place is done for me will never order again. And plus I live in Guyton Georgia. I have family members to drive to pick the it up. to be honest, this place totally sucks. I wouldn’t recommend it for nobody because of what we get every time we order there. and it’s always over 100 something dollars.

My husband comes come with lunch which included the Asian Zensation. First of all there was so little lettuce that it did not come up the sides & you could clearly see the black bottom of the container. For those unfamiliar with the Asian Zensation, it has a mixed salad & it is also supposed to contain a scoop of asian slaw- which there was none & an egg roll (the carrots inside were still hard & crunchy) & won ton strips. I did have chopped grilled chicken & the entire container was heavily drowned in terriaki sauce. When i contacted the Mgr in charge, she told me they “weigh” the amounts & if i’d gotten “more” before, someone must have took that upon their self. Evidently all the other Zaxbys in the state of Georgia must do that because i travel alot, they must dose out that “extra” that they in Rincon, Ga do not. She did offer to refund or remake the zalad if we drove all the way back to town with the salad in hand so that she could see it for her self. Gas costs too much to ride back & forth just because unskilled labor can not even make a simple salad. I cant believe someone took it, as little an amount clearly visable & lacking the slaw that goes in the center & definitely way lighter than a regular salad would feel & sent it out the door.
