I had a really great experience at Burg and Shaw. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.
The Chicken Shaw is honestly out of this world. It has such a unique flavor that you do not find everywhere. You can tell they really care about the taste and quality.
The Burg beef was also really good. The beef sauce makes it so tasty and adds so much flavor to every bite.
Definitely a place I would come back to and recommend to others.

If you’re looking for the best HALAL beef burgers and chicken burgers in town, this place absolutely deserves 5 stars and is a must go to place.
I tried both the chicken burger and the beef burger. The chicken burger was very good, and it had more of a shawarma-style flavor, which I really enjoyed. The chicken itself was extremely well seasoned, juicy, and very flavorful. You can tell they put real effort into the seasoning and preparation.
However, the beef burger completely stole the show. Hands down, it was one of the best beef burgers I’ve had, and the best part was that it was HALAL. The beef was incredibly juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor in every bite.
On top of the great food, the staff were extremely courteous and kind, which made the whole experience even better. After I finished my meal, one of the staff members was kind enough to offer me a complimentary scoop of their ice cream, which was such a sweet gesture.
The ice cream itself was amazing—a unique cinnamon flavor that was rich, smooth, and incredibly tasty. It was the perfect way to end the meal.
Great food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to as many people as I know!

Hands down BEST burger in Boston – or maybe everywhere. Absolutely incredible. The size was pertect and packed with flavor, tries were great, and the staff was so kind! The sauces tho!!!! Please bottle the garlic sauce.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed their food. Last weekend we were given a free sample of their newest dessert addition, the spice cream (cinnamon ice cream). It was incredibly sweet and kind of them to offer us and we thought it was pretty tasty too! Their burgers and fries are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had in Boston and the workers are always so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be sure to visit more often!

The staff was so sweet and accommodating offering a free drink for the wait, food was so good I had spin back AGAIN the next day for that Burg burger. And the staff remembered me which was so nice❤️and offered me their ice cream WHICH I DIDNT KNOW THEY HAD ICE CREAM and it was so delish yall when I tell you straight up chai in soft serve I can not recommend this spot enough they will be seeing me often I fear. Tried Burg & Shaw on Tremont St and it was excellent. The burger is not your typical American burger—it has that Arab-style seasoning and flavor you don’t usually find, and it really stands out.
They also have Egyptian-style shawarma in a bun, which is delicious and unique, and I heard beef shawarma is coming soon.
The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Always happy to support a local, halal, small business. Wishing them nothing but success—definitely coming back.

This place really brought flavor in serving their burgers. Of course the halal option was the preference but getting to taste the shawarma in a different way was perfect. We couldn’t get enough! We ordered both the chicken shawarma (comes in a bun) and the beef burger with fries. Would go again!

This place is so cute inside, I loved the decor and everyone working was so friendly and welcoming! The burger was truly delicious, I got the sauce on the side because I wasn’t sure about it but it was so good! The fries were also really good, great seasoning. My only complaint is the portion size for the price, I wish the portions were a bit bigger for the cost. But I would still go back to try their other sandwiches. A great addition to this area!
