Staff is okay but not very friendly. Waited a few minutes at the box before they even took my order. I ordered a coke zero as my drink and luckily I saw that the color was off and tried it before leaving. Syrup was empty so I had to get something else. Small things like this would make the experience better. And for the food, chicken tenders and fries were hot, but the toast was like an old piece of cardboard. I probably wouldn’t visit again. Price isn’t worth the experience and food I received.

Hands down the best Zaxbys of all time. Food is always fresh, staff is always super accommodating and cool, and the restaurant is always spotless! Special shout out to Genesis and Tyler for remembering me despite meeting a lot of other customers. It’s a little things, but it does make me feel special.

Service is terrible today 2/8/26. They current crew there is not answering the drive- thru and when I went around to see why the crew would look right at me and deliberately ignore me trying to get there attention. Last time this crew was together they dropped my food(quesadilla) and laughing at each other when they did it and I had to wait while my other food was getting cold. I know the hiring pool is low or the leadership is not high level, but please address these issues because you loose out on good business this way.

A joke of a place ordered on DoorDash a grilled salad blue and literally received some trash with spicy buffalo sauce on top. I can’t even wipe the stuff off and paid $16 for food I can’t eat complete trash place. learn to read. Waste of my money and time!! And when did it just become one half of the toast? Ridiculous!!

For a winning fifth time in a row, this Zaxby’s managed to get my order wrong, AGAIN!
Not only that, they had two lanes open for the drive-through, With lines at both, and unfortunately, the line I was in was not taking orders apparently. at least they were not taking orders alternately…. The wait was excessive…. Ended up having to drive up to the window to complain and place my order. When I told the manager, he said well, we’re busy. Yeah, well I’m busy too. I’m busy waiting. Haha
When I got home, my order was wrong. I took it back to get a refund and this manager could not care any less. No apologies.
I used to really like going to Zaxby’s, but not after these bad experiences. They ain’t got nothing on Chick-fil-A !!! Zaxby’s, y’all need need to figure your crap out.

Ordered online on my lunch break right down the road got to the restaurant and waited in line for almost 15 minutes got the window just to wait an additional 5 minutes to be told my order wasn’t ready I had to park watched other behind me get there food who just ordered waited almost another 15 minutes had to go in and ask about my order after waiting for employees to finish they conversation just to have my food sitting there. Then get back to work to see I don’t have what I ordered after spending $17 to have to rush and eat in 10 minutes to get back to work from what was a hr lunch.

Very disappointed… fries weren’t seasoned at all. They were either not cooked all the way or sat out for a long period of time. Same with the chicken. Both were so dry that I fed it all to my dog. At least she enjoyed it. Service was great and quick.

I ordered a Cobb salad, Cole slaw, and a 10 piece wimpy wing through mobile ordering. I went to the window to let someone know that I was there to pick up my order. After waiting for five additional minutes, I called to find out where my order was. A few minutes later, a young lady came out to hand me my order and she apologized for the delay. As she walked off, I checked my order and was disappointed that my wings were cold. I called back and let an associate know that my food was cold. Shortly after, another associate came out, and I informed her that my food was cold. This particular young lady (Jazman Walker) apologized for any inconveniences I’ve experienced during my visit. Jazman soon came back with FRESH wings and some cookies. Jazman’s customer service is top tier and she should not be looked over. Zaxby’s did a wonderful deed by hiring Jazman. She is not only a beautiful person, she also has an even more beautiful soul!! I will definitely be returning to Zaxby’s on 16 in Pooler, GA. As you can see, I am enjoying my food, especially the wings. Lol. Happy holidays and Happy New Year!!

This makes the third time I have come to your location for a to go order and all three times the order has been wrong. I have requested the same thing all three times and it’s not been right once. Asking for sauce on tenders and getting the same regular tenders.
