Stopped and ate at this location while heading down to Florida. Walked in and restaurant was clean and bathroom was tidy. Employee taking our order was very sweet, the manager was up front helping and keeping an eye on things. Picked a booth to sit at and got our beverages, we had a short wait on our food. They called our name and our meals were piping hot, freshly made to order. We both had the chicken sandwich with pickles and sauce, the bun was fresh. Fries were crinkle cut and right out of the fry basket. Excellent meal, prices the going rate. Will stop at this location again. We were pleased! Debbie/ Mich

I ordered me and my wife both dinner a signature sandwich. But first surprise this location happens to charge more than any location in Macon. So up from 7.50ish for the meal to 11.50 ish. To make matters worse the vave both me and my wife LITERALLY 12 cold fries and what amounts to a nibbler on a bigger bun. The manage backed her cooks. I will not return to this location.

Wings were cold. It was pretty crowded but we ordered and received our food pretty quickly. The order was right and everything tasted great except the wings being cold to the touch, they weren’t even room temperature. Bathrooms were very gross, large random water puddles on floor, hair on counters, no water came out of the sinks (had to use hand sanitizer). Service was good

Chicken was tender and juicy (as always).
Fries today were soggy and lacked seasoning . The fries were literally white in color, only one had seasoning on one end. NO crisp when bit into.

Some of the best chicken you could eat, love the cheese bites, especially nice for a small dinner date or even Sunday after church lunch. I absolutely recommend the Cajun club on the toast it is absolutely amazing

I have to drive to Macon at least once or twice a month from north of Atlanta. I make it a point to stop at this location for the customer service and perfectly cooked food. There was more food in this pic but I had to eat.

Burnt grease, wrong sauces on the chicken, should have been ranch and hot honey mustard, got some nasty zax sauce on both, ordered online still got it wrong. This location has about a 27% accuracy rating with us in the 4 years we have lived close by. Attempted zaxbyslistens site for refund, not even sure it went through, no email confirmation, nothing. Kids working there hollering and cutting up, but screwing up the orders. Sign of poor management to say the least.
