My family and I tried out hunan yuan for dinner. The food was okay. We were unimpressed by the orange chicken, which was a large disappointment. The garlic noodles were really good, the fried rice was just good, and the egg drop soup was great. The honey walnut shrimp was the best part of our meal. There are better local options. I didn’t do a price comparison with other local Chinese restaurants, but if they are lower priced, then they’d be worth it.

I came in for dinner and found the staff instantly put on (cheap) face masks…This was HIGHLY INSULTING!! FYI, they serve TWO different groups of people WITHOUT FACE MASKS!!!

I don’t know how people receive great service in the other reviews. I took my parents. And it took them about 5-10min to tell us to seat ourselves where ever.. we sat and waited.. after 20minutes passed and looked at other tables that had been there before us with no food or water I figured we weren’t going to be served any time soon. So we left. No waters or anything was offered while we waited.

The taste is so so. Make sure to ask the owner to wash the wok before cooking your food. We asked why our dish has so much black stuff like teflon in it, and the owner admitted that they don’t wash the wok that often, only wash once after cooking 3 or 4 dishes. Hope they can improve this.

Best Chinese food in town, everything was delicious, we had chicken soft noodle, beef and broccoli, fried rice and the seafood platter which had shrimp, fish, imitation crab and vegetables. Will definitely go back and will make it are new Chinese food spot. Highly recommend. Service was great too.

The food was excellent. I got the Kung Pao Shrimp and it was so flavorful and had a nice kick to it. We got soup, spring rolls, and rice with it – all of which were yummy. The price was fair and the two people taking care of us were kind and attentive.
