We took a group of 30 students into Zaxby’s at 11:45 a.m.. the staff was quick and courteous and the food came out very quickly. The restrooms were clean and we were on our way within 50 minutes. Amazing experience

They got my order right the first time because I had a few changes the food was super good and when I asked for extra stuff they were very polite.10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone.

The food was good and the lady was nice. My only thing is i think at least you should get and upsized item on your order whenever you have to pull down in the drive thru. If you got a small or medium drink upsize it to large and the same with fries etc. I finished my drink before i got my food when they pulled my down.

After waiting 20 minutes after the app said my order was ready I finally got my order after My milkshake sat there the entire 20 minutes melting in the open air with nothing covering it. The older gentlemen with glasses had an employee remake my shake just to fill the cup halfway… They remade it again after I asked if it was normal to fill the cup halfway? Finally got my strawberry lemonade and food. Got to my truck, food was wrong and cold. After waiting 30 plus minutes for my order I didn’t even feel like bothering to take it back in just to have to wait even longer. Employees are more concerned with taking care of their friends who ordered after me and received their order way before I did. Not to mention cell phone was more of a concern than bagging up an order. Thank you to the older gentlemen who tried to take care of me and the older lady also.

I get repeated disappointed but his location. If it were not for the fact that this is one of the very few places we have to eat in my town. I probably would never come here. Cannot tell you the amount of times I have been charged for extra sauce to not get any sauce in the bag. Like today I paid for an extra ranch. I didn’t get the ranch or the Zack sauce that comes with the meal. On occasion, chicken fingers look like someone chewed them up before they get to you or they are so tiny it takes 2 tender to make a normal sized one. The fries either have absolutely no seasoning or an entire shaker of seasoning. There is no in between.
