Went tonight for a pickup order & he tried charging us $15 even after we said we had a pickup paid for already. Teen was RUDE! We asked for nuts & he said “we charge for that” & shut the window on us as we said that’s fine. Then he opened it up again & said “what are you waiting for” as we told him the nuts? He was so rude kid in blue puffy jacket around 9pm tonight. Please stop hiring rude teenagers who take forever it should not of taken over 15 mins of us sitting in the drive thru waiting at the window to make 3 quick drinks that tasted horrible & melted. :/

I never review anywhere because I think it’s petty but this place is the absolute worst. I want to save everyone time and money DO NOT COME HERE the place itself is absolutely filthy, the workers aren’t just incompetent, they’re intentionally avoidant of customers. They hide in the back and do as little as they possibly can. I’ve worked at a Dairy Queen before so I know exactly what it takes. It’s not hard. Do better

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 2 Decades and even worked at this located as a teenager. I’d say within the past year this location has gone down hill tremendously!! The place itself SMELLS HORRIBLE! The staff is by far the worst team I have ever seen work here, if you go through drive thru they hand you your food and then walk away and if they see you staying there because something of your order is wrong or missing they will just look at you and walk away which then calls for you having to get out of your vehicle and go inside and even then they are still avoidant of customers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve went recently my order is ALWAYS wrong!! I’m extremely disappointed to see our neighborhood DQ fall this low after the many years I’ve supported this located I’m sad to have to find somewhere else to go! 🙁 this located definitely needs new management or to be closed as a whole!

Terrible customer service, and they give you smaller sizes than what you pay for. One time, ordered a small blizzard, and was given a mini. Just tonight, ordered 2 medium shakes, and didn’t realize until I got home that they were small. Couldn’t go back either, because I never received a receipt — how convenient. I hate this location, but it’s the one close to me that has orange Julius. However, an occasional treat in which I am charged more, yet receive less, is becoming frustrating. Try to avoid this location. I’ll be driving further from now on. They just need to close this one. Waste of $30. They probably up charged my medium blizzard too, but since I wasn’t given a receipt, I don’t know. Actually, they did charge us more, I just don’t know how. After placing a duplicate order for the same location in the app, the total should have been $28.70, yet I was charged $29.24. This was for 2 medium shakes (but I was given SMALLS), 2 large juliuses (they actually got that right), and a medium choco brownie extreme blizzard (I assume I was given a medium and charged for a medium, but with their poor track record, who knows!!)

Every time I order i always ask for pecans with my blizzard and the never add em with is extremely annoying because I dont want to make the drive back so the they can fix it

Horrible service! Every single time I go to we order two Pecan Blizzards with extra Pecans and they never add extra, the half bottom of the cup only has the vanilla ice cream! Just now I went and explained it to them and told them to add extra pecans and to please add them and to mix all the way to the bottom. I repeated my self 3 times and he saiD he understood! What a surprise no pecans in the bottom half and this time no fudge!! Will not go back! I’m not sure if they act stupid or just do not follow instructions!

Their deluxe hamburger is COLD .meat is SO DRY, like being outside for couple days. Look like they didn’t warm the meat well. I have to ask them microwave the WHOLE hamburger. Unlike CHICKENSTRIPS , they deep fried.

7 employees standing around, lobby, dinning area filthy outside tables and parking lot trashed and tables filthy, dairy Queen on 84th Huron gone down hill bad , cold stone any cold stone or spirals on 72 and Sheridan much cleaner, and less than 4 employees that don’t stand around doing nothing!! Never going back to any dairy Queen!! Bad management and poor employees not caring about their jobs obviously shows

Don’t waste your time. They didn’t answer the drive thru bc they said the headset wasn’t on. Ordered the pumpkin pie blizzard and it tasted like old sawdust and chemicals. Clearly the pie pieces were not stored correctly. Terrible
