What a mess! Probably shouldn’t sell people melted ice cream. Just spent like 30 mins cleaning up the runny mess they handed us in the drive thru. All 3 items were completely melted and cups were covered in ice cream, now so is the truck and our hands and hoodies. Handed us an extra melted blizzard also and told us to keep it. Just made a even bigger mess. Horrible experience

Was really craving a Blizzard so I went it to order one about twenty minutes ago. I was the only person waiting at the counter but it took about five minutes before I was even greeted. They looked busy so I let it slide and ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. When they served it, it didn’t even look like ice cream, it was milk. I couldn’t even tilt the cup without it spilling let alone flip it upside down. I asked the clerk who gave it to me “aren’t you supposed to flip this upside down?” and she responded “I don’t know my coworker made it”. It was absolutely disgusting, I did not take the Blizzard and I will not be returning to this location again.

Last time visiting this place, if I’m paying for a medium dip cone I should not be getting an extra small, this time ordered a couple blizzards and one cup was not even full. Not supporting this business anymore.
