Asked for extra crispy fries and the fries were still frozen inside and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for 2 hours. At night they just don’t care how the food goes out.

Club sandwich, no bacon, no Zax sauce, and cold. Kickin chicken sandwich cold and absolutely drenched. Two orders of fries cold. The soda machine was not working, just dispensing water. Tea tasted old and spoiled.

Longest wait ever at a drive thru. Paid and got my drinks … then waited at the window for 17 minutes! Finally, got someone’s attention who tried to tell me that they were waiting for French fries. During my wait, I witnessed a blatant Health Department violation (reporting this to the restaurant). When I finally got my food, the person who handed me my food simply said “Here you go” like it was totally normal to have customers waiting this long. No apology offered. Beware before paying….makes it harder to drive away in frustration.

The wait continues to get longer and longer. They can not seem to manage in house orders and on line orders. Those of us that want to dine in or use the drive through have to wait as they try to prepare on line orders.

When food is made properly it’s good, but expect to wait 20-45 minutes in the drive thru. Most of the girls working the drive thru have insufferable attitudes and will laugh and play on their phones before even acknowledging you at the window. Management needs to actually be present for once and retrain the workers on how to be helpful and respectful. Sad to see such good food be ruined by horrible staff.

This location has a friendly staff and a standard size dining area. They offer all the local favorites including the new chicken sandwich. It is tasty however I am still a fan of another establishment. They carry coke products and of course their famous sweet tea. Wait times are average at this location despite the rural location.

So this location is always hit or miss. This time I got 2 salads and they did not give us any utensils or dressing. Ok fine whatever. Then I’m eating my salad and there is plastic inside the salad. So needless to say I probably won’t be back for a while.
