I visited this Zaxby’s location today and was disappointed with the customer service in the drive-thru. The employee taking our order came across as rushed and impatient from the start. When I tried to confirm that an item was included in the order, her response felt dismissive and rude.
I understand that fast food can be busy and stressful, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. The interaction made what should have been a quick, simple stop feel uncomfortable.
I hope management addresses this, as good service makes a big difference.

The food was pretty good. But I had a waiter named Micheal and he was very helpful. This was my first time at zaxbys! He helped me through and was very patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I would definitely go back. Great service!

I went through the drive tru where I waited 20 minutes just to order and then another 20 minutes to get my food. I understand you’re busy but I shouldn’t have to wait that long and to top it off when I got home I realized that my wife’s salad had no chicken in it. I wanted to go back but I refuse to wait that long again just for them to tell me they can’t do anything, so I doubt I’ll be going back the that William few location ever again. Do better

Ordered the deluxe chicken bacon ranch fries. There was no bacon on the fries, but it seems they substituted the bacon for an entire bottle of ranch. I contacted the location and was informed there was nothing they could do since it was ordered through a third party app, but the third party app informed me I needed to dispute it through the restaurant.

Food was good BUT the server at the front Michael R was extremely rude. My boyfriend and I walked in and stood the front waiting to order. More people came in and stood behind us. Michael proceeded to ask the people behind us what they wanted. And the second person he finally looks at us and asked if we had an online order or what. I said no we have been waiting here for you to take our order. He said oh we are using this register. I told him that he could’ve let us know instead of just looking at us. He takes our order and we only get two things with two medium drinks. He hands us one medium drink and starts walking off. So we tell him we need another cup. I’m not sure if he’s on something or having an off day but he was moving slow, kinda rude and never apologized for looking past us when he clearly saw us standing there waiting.

I typically order Big Zax Snak at least once a day when I’m in town.
Little more expensive than other fast food alternatives, but I enjoy the interior and ambience. I sometimes spend whole days just enjoying myself; The location is beautiful. Would recommend for kids that enjoy good fried chicken.

We ordered 3 kids meals and the drinks were not included with my order. When we are spending $60+ on fast food, it would be nice if all of our order was included.

Lunch was awesome I love their salads. I added an extra chicken finger and the sweet tea was off the chain. Received a very warm welcome from Jessica. She came over and talked to me after my order as she saw me taking pictures of the decor. I absolutely recommend you go there for a meal.
