I stopped by Zaxbys recently and had a great time thanks to Novi at the register. She greeted me with a genuine smile and was super patient while I figured out my order. She made the whole process quick. The place was a little busy but I still felt prioritized. Food was great and the other staff were friendly.

Ordered from the app for curbside pickup today in Summerville GA. Notice how I said that Curbside Pickup. Pulled into destination parking spots for Curbside pickup. Received notice that my order was ready. 5 minutes go by and food not delivered. 10 minutes, now 15 min go by. Decided to go in and get my order. Talked the individual behind counter told them I ordered Curbsibe pickup and told me that I had to come inside to receive my order. How stupid Zaxbys. Why call an app Curbside pickup if you have to go in and get your order. Please change the service, signs and app to Reserved Parking Pickup and come inside and get your food.

We went after church to eat at Zaxbys. We’ve done this several times. However, after today I will not be going back. I ordered grilled chicken salad and ate a little bit and then came across a large chuck of frozen chicken. Yes it had frozen chicken in my salad. We did tell front end workers. Will not return or recommend. I hope I don’t get sick.

Fast to order food, took over 20mins to get our food when we were the only ones in the lobby, on top of that, all the young people working cared about talking to their friends that were coming in instead of working..

Done a take out order and didn’t get one single of the extra sauces I paid for. Went last week as well and got the nuclear sauce got enough for one tender. Hopefully the one coming soon to Lafayette will be better.
