I love this store! I popped in to get a meal for a friend today. Both employees help me pick allergy friendly items and check for a deal for me. They are patient, kind….and make killer sandwiches for eat in or takeout! They also sell soup bones…great place to visit!

Picked up our Christmas ham on 12/21. We are frequent consumers of Honey Baked Hams and this was a $120 ham. I have to say that this was the most disappointing ham we’ve ever had from HBH. Not as flavorful. Much more fatty. Somewhat dry as well. I would have returned it, but we wouldn’t have had a Christmas dinner.

Picked up my Thanksgiving ham this morning at 8:30am from this location. This was my first time at this location as we just built a house in Canton. I honestly didn’t get an initial friendly vibe. There was a lady employee standing at the back of the store as soon as you walked in that stared me all the way down from head to toe and said nothing. No good morning, no welcome just nothing. I saw and felt her eyes.It was very intimidating and made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

The company that I work for has ordered us food from here a few times for lunch. Each time it’s been amazing. I have also gotten a honey baked ham from here for Thanksgiving and my family was very happy with it.

Today 12/21/24, I went in to pickup my ham order. I had a bit of a struggle getting into the store as the parking lot was crowded. The young men working the counter were exceptionally helpful. Sean went so far as to carry my bags out to my car and he lent a helpful hand helping me walk. I was so impressed by the excellent service I felt compelled to write about it in a review. The honey baked brand is known for excellence and we always include it in our holiday fixings. I can highly recommend the Riverstone location simply amazing!!

I ordered two sandwiches today, one without tomato, and the other without tomato and lettuce.
When I got home both sandwiches had everything on them. It was even listed on the receipt to delete the tomato and lettuce. We ended up having to take off all the toppings because there was tomato juice all over them.
I know this might sound petty, but when there was only one couple in the restaurant, and it clearly said to delete the items on the receipt, this shouldn’t have been an issue.
They weren’t busy. There wasn’t an employee shortage. This was just carelessness. With food prices being almost doubled, and two sandwiches costing $20, restaurants need to be doing a better job these days.
The customer service was good, just not the food prep.
