I ordered 3 times to tell the young girl what I wanted. I ordered chicken finger plate tossed in tongue torch. I got home20 minutes away and did not get no sauce at all on the chicken. This is why I just give 1 star. The food tasted good but I wanted it hot. I posted 1 star for service because she never listened to me at all. She even called the order back to me and still got it WRONG…The managers needs to get the workers to work and stop just standing inside and no listening to customers.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the wings I received were inedible from being overcooked. This is Zaxby’s, they know how to cook chicken! The part that really gets me is they charge a premium for wings, $14.19 for 10 and they’re small wings at that. Whoever packed them up knew they weren’t right, and expected someone to eat them. It’s indecent and a waste of food, money and my time. I am disgusted!

Went through the drive-through window on a Saturday lunch. At first, the girl, taking her order was super friendly, and was very happy that I could hear her clearly.
When we got to the window, she did not smile. Did not care that we were there and did not care for our order. Lol but the food was great and overall I have to give it four stars.

Its understandable that you remodeled amd took down the local high-school stuff from the town. But that fact that i have to try and talk over the back street boys and Mariah Carey it feels like a bad middle school dance where nobody’s dancing

I don’t usually leave a bad review but my husband went in and ordered our food and when I say we waited an hour for our food it took way to long. The same door dash man came and went twice before we even saw our food, and I’m sorry but my husband asked for a refund and they said oh your food will be right up and thirty minutes later we finally got our food. It was not worth the wait the fries were gross and soggy I don’t understand it because I absolutely love eating there.

Food was cold and the fries were barely seasoned and also old. Chicken philly did not have any sauce. Only one small spot on the sandwich had melted cheese. I got this sandwich last year from another location and it was great. Will NOT be going back to this store. Sadly, I live here.
