We will be calling no back to get a refund spent $18 and some change a Zax pack which was fine but my loaded fries. This is the picture of it. This ain’t nothing about this loading and you barely got any fries for the cost. They will be hearing from me on tomorrow and unfortunately, we were 30 minutes away from our residence so turn around and going back wasn’t an option. He opened the box. It was like this. Nobody did not eat one fry.

Their food never disappoints. I’ve been to other Zaxbys that left me wanting more, but this one always leaves me satisfied. I can never say too many good things of how this location has treated me. Men would sail across the world to eat at this fine establishment.

just disappointed, y’all close at 10 y’all can still serve people the right food at 9:30. if i ask for a signature sandwich with no pickles, i want a signature sandwich not 3 chicken tenders on a bun with pickles. if i wanted tenders on a bun i would have asked for nibblers. do better.

This location is kind of trash, the food is ok, but their drive thru is horrible, you cant even get to the drive thru without going around the entire building and the entrance to the parking lot is not even off the main road. The employees are forced to pretend to be chic fil a Employees , without the politeness. The lemon pepper is kind of fire tho

How does anyone even make a salad with black wilted salad and the cucumbers turning brown? The bacon looked uncooked.. some of these employees got to go.. I ordered 2 cob salads about 3pm. Oct 30, 2025. No competence no quality no cares.
