idk what’s been going on with the expo there lately but genuinely it needs to be staffed better, past three times i’ve been up there i’ve had problems with my order and tonight got me at my wits end, like i had whole sides missing, sauces that i paid for missing, entirely different sized chicken finger baskets than what i paid for, and just the *idea* of sauce being on the fingers when i order them tossed. i already had a bad day and couldn’t check my bag at the store so when i got home to see so much food missing and entire plates with no sauce THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR it just has me at my wits end. this happens rather theyre busy, slow, in the day time or near close. plus the strips haven’t been fresh a single one of these times either. ain’t no other zaxbys location near here worth going to, and it seems this one is gonna have to be on my timeout list for a while now too. i can’t be spending ALL that money to not get everything i paid for.
all this is to say if you want to make sure you go home with a proper order, you GOTTA check it at the store. and the manager needs to make sure people are actually trained on expo and that they’re actually checking. i have worked at this location and i know expo is the best position in the store, imo anyway. all you gotta do is have the cashier ring it in right, any issues after there are ON THE EXPO PERSON!!!! 1/24 was when i went in so check on your expo person from the night shift. this location is too well established to be doing this bad so consistently.

Man. I’ve given this location a lot of chances. This place is going down hill. Service, food, everything. All around terrible service. Hardly give any food for a large meal. Food cold. This has been going on for a while. Might be time to evaluate this store.

Backstory…..my son finished his soccer game in Bethlehem late, so we stopped by a Zaxbys on the way home (a different location). That, other, Zaxbys was taking a while…especially only having 3 other customers that came and went to that store. We continue occupying space in there for 30+ minutes total, until I see the last guy get his meal in 7 minutes. I ask about mine and the computer was clear…as the go through the log they find it and realize they had given it to someone else. They did apologize, but all i could say is that (now 9:33pm) was “I don’t have time for this…and I requested a refund. We left that location and went to this Zaxbys on HW72. I was still very agitated when I entered because it is getting late and my kids hadn’t eaten since lunch-time and really needed to go to bed. Michael was so awesome and considerate. He certainly went above and beyond and I really appreciate everything. Thank you.

As soon as we received our order my car started to smell like something was burning. All of the fries smelled and tasted burnt along with the chicken sandwich and tenders. The chicken was very very overcooked and the oil used to fry the chicken and fries was very old/burned. None of the standard sauces came with the orders and the few xtra I got weren’t in the bag either. I’ve never had this bad of a food experience before at a Zaxby’s. Paid close to $45 and couldn’t eat anything I purchased.

First of all, why is it sometimes I get charged $.25 and sometimes I dont for sauce?
They made my order wrong, so I went back through the drive-through to get another nibbler meal hopefully this time with cheese.
I pulled up to the window, told them the issue with my meal and they told me it HAD cheese on it…… I said no it did not! The manager said, let me see I showed her and she snatched it out of my hand and threw it away. How are you going to accuse someone and be wrong and not apologize? Very rude workers at this location.

The chicken fingers were very hard like it had been sitting for a while. Order extra fries with the meal and did not get any. The bread was hard and was no way to eat it. The order was not right. I hope they can do better next time

I asked for two house salads what I received was not the right salads. They had bacon on them. I can’t eat pork. I didn’t get a receipt. When I called the lady put me on hold or mute. Do better people. Put yourself in my shoes how would you feel to be treated this way. You need better employees who know how to comprehend and read.

The young lady standing outside today taking orders around 1 pm must have been having a bad day ,and so was whomever the young man tga3t was standing outside. I felt so unappreciated considering the price . I mean $12 from 5 wings a 10 fries ,I was hoping I was paying for customer service as well . Won’t be going back to this location, I will cook my own . I do it better
