This was SOME OF THEE BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. My fiancé and I were in town for a concert at the casino and I wanted some good Chinese food, to go! Well this EXCEEDED our expectations. I don’t eat beef pork or chicken and our host accommodated my order seamlessly.. I had the shrimp, General T’So style with crab rangoon and shrimp fried rice! WOW WOW WOW!! My fiancé had #17 combo which included chicken wings, ribs and shrimp and a egg roll he could not stop saying how GOOD EVERYTHING was, and he’s a picky Caribbean man lol.. we WILL be making the hour drive back JUST for this food again!!

Scallion beef and Mapo tofu was flavorful and tasty. I personally think the Mapo tofu is a little on the watery side, and not as much seasoned as I thought. Texture of tofu is amazing, soft and silky. Portions are also great. Very nice service.

Incredible service from when we walked in the door! A friendly silver-haired gentleman warmly greeted us and thoroughly explained Dim Sum process and even told us what was popular and what they had available still, which was much of the menu.
Our server was a slender, funny and engaging woman, who was attentive the whole time we were there celebrating our daughter’s birthday! Our party of four felt incredible after we left and the restaurant’s food and atmosphere were a part of that. Our waitress was super helpful and informative in accommodating a gluten allergy in our party.
Portions are pretty robust for Dim Sum. Food was decent. Thank you for a great memory Golden Palace!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a good Chinese restaurant nearby to eat. We came across Golden Palace and we went based off of recent reviews. Let me just say that it did not disappoint. We’ve been to Chinese restaurants plenty of times and even had Dim Sum in Boston. This was waaaay better. We got regular menu items and Dim Sum items. We paid 42 dollars for the 2 of us. The owner was very nice and he was right when he said their food is really good. He recommended the pineapple buns and they are really good for dessert, not overly sweet and a slightly taste of pineapple filled with a soft cream. The steamed dumplings were huge and delicious! They were very filled. Their crab Rangoon were generously filled too. The steamed pork buns are really good too. The waitress brought us some crisps with duck sauce to snack on while we waited for our food, the duck sauce was very well made. To me it seems that everything was made by hand. The owner was very pleasant and made conversation with us for a bit. Definitely recommend and I would be going back!

I had a 2-day trip to Foxwoods with my family and we were looking for a good place to eat. Luckily, we found an outstanding restaurant! Our whole family was very hungry, but we didn’t have to wait long at all. The food came out incredibly fast and was delicious—not rushed or sloppy like some other places I’ve been to.
We ordered 7 different dishes, and I would rate all of them 10/10. Every single one was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent—very fast, friendly, and attentive.
I will definitely come back to this restaurant if I visit Foxwoods again!

Holy cow. I love dim sum and this may be my favorite meal so far. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff amazing. I got the turnip cake, thousand year egg congee, Golden Palace shrimp dumpling, steam rice roll, sticky rice in lotus leaf, and meatball. I would definitely come again, and bring friends next time!

We went to Mohegan Sun from NYC for the Terrificon, and we were craving Chinese food for lunch. Golden Palace was only a few minutes drive away so made our way there. The food definitely did not disappoint! We feasted on an assortment of dim sum- chicken feet, shrimp dumplings, siomai, soup dumplings. We also ordered 3 combination meal. We ordered pepper steak and wings; beef teriyaki, golden fingers and boneless spare ribs; pork and shrimp egg fooyong, shrimp and flavorful gravy. Each combo meal was filled with delectable fried rice, and egg roll. The owner came by to check on our experience. He was thankful and appreciative to the positive comments we shared with him. My husband said this was the best Chinese meal he has had in 20 years!!! We definitely would recommend this restaurant!

The BEST Chinese food anywhere. Hands down, the owner Ping is kind and very friendly, the atmosphere is always clean, always a pleasure, the chicken w string beans in garlic sauce is my favorite out of this world, but anything you get you will be pleased GAUARANTEED, you will not be dissapointed!

This was the first time I have tried this Chinese restaurant as I was told that they have the best food!
We walked into the restaurant and we were surprised that we were seated within 5 minutes! The place was at full capacity the entire time that we were there. You know that this place is the real deal when there is not an empty seat at 2:00 pm. You order the food by writing down the quantity of the dish you want and give them the menu. Then sit back and they bring you all the dishes in stages. We ordered 12 different dishes and every one of them were excellent! They all were flavorful and the portions are great!
The down fall to this place is expect to wait to get a server over and it took a long how long time to get the food. Also, the servers never came back to the table to see what we need like drinks and additional napkins. We had to go find the server each time we needed something The issue is there were only three servers for a room of 150 customers. The restaurant needs to hire more servers to work. Each and every servers were literally running around so you cannot blame them.
