Me and hubby went there a few days ago and the food was spectacular! Ive been there before but this time in leaving a review because the sweetest girl took my order and I just want to thank her for being so kind when working somewhere like bank crossing! The bathrooms were very clean(unlike my own thoughts of the place before hand(ignore how much I judge!)) I tried there shakes this time and I wasn’t really a fan of the sprinkles but the rest of it was pretty yum!

Ordered zaxbys delivery and they didn’t even remember to put the chicken in the tray on my wings and things meal. Around once or twice a year I get a big zaxbys craving and give this location another shot. Every time they let me down! Stay away!

Went in tonight and got me a loaded fries and I couldn’t even eat it. It’s was cold. Didn’t hardly have any chicken on it no bacon. And the cheese wasn’t even melted. The drink was supposed to be sweet tea. It was unsweetened. I don’t know what has happened to the commerce location but i don’t think I’ll go back..

First time trying since I live up north, was excited but this location has a work force of people who don’t wanna do much. Place was dirty, tables booths and floor had crumbs and left over food . Got my wings and the fries were fresh and hot but they threw them ontop of the wings and chicken was cold.. wimpy sauce was good. Not sure I’d try them again tho

Better off going to the gas station across the road. My boyfriend and I placed our order and they never called our name over the speaker. When my boyfriend went up to ask what the wait was, and they had our food ready now that the four people after us got their food… he had to go back up to get the extra sauce that we had to pay for. The final straw for me was when I had to go up and ask about my milkshake since another groups of kids came in after us and all got their milkshakes and mine was no where to be found. The portions here are an actual joke. I put the sauce cup I had to pay for next to the “tender” to show how tiny it was. Tables weren’t clean, floor was filthy, and almost all of the seating inside the restaurant was closed off.

Beyond Atrocious Customer service! This is coming from someone who does expect alot from fast food customer service, but come on. I walk in two workers look at me as if I am E.T. one reluctantly drags themselves over to the register to take my order thereafter my entire existence was a severe inconvenience to them simply telling me my food was ready was akin to a root canal without anesthesia. They certainly will not have me bothering them again. I bet vultures get better customer service from dead carcasses.

Never got my food. Apparently Zaxbys fills orders from online first. That’s what I was told from the employees. Rule #1: take care of the customer standing in front of you first. After 20 mins the cashier hands me cookies that I ordered. I threw them away. I would like a refund. For fear of having my food spit on, I can’t eat there. Terrible experience. No apologies necessary. That’s who you are!
