be SO for real right now. we ordered a boneless wings and things tossed in teriyaki with a LARGE fry…..yall see that too right? barely any sauce on the wings, less fries than what’s supposed to come in a normal size, borderline burnt toast, and a half naked chicken tender. please save yourself the trouble and just go to the one in cornelia.

By far the best Zaxby’s in the area. Location is always super clean and stocked! The service is always exceptional. The crew go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience at Zaxby’s. Their chicken fingers are flavorful and always fresh. I love the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla!

This used to be my favorite place and I would get the wings and things tongue torch. That was when I was 18, I’m 36 now and the quality of the food has gone down, prices have gone up. Not to mention the the younger generation doesn’t know anything about customer service these days unless you go to chick fil a…Zaxbys wings have turned rubbery, fries way over salted and usually soggy even when you dine in. Im not about to pay almost $20 for poor quality and for a single meal!!

I am BEYOND tired of paying extra for extra fries and getting less than what’s supposed to be given for a normal order, I pay for extra sauce and they never give it to me, I always ask for light ice and they fill the cup up to the very top. I ask for extra seasoning and there’s NONE. AND to top it all off my food is COLD. And they had the nerve to raise their prices? Ripping every single one of the customers off. I normally don’t say anything but this happens EVERY single time I come in for the past 10 visits or more. And it’s just pure laziness and lack of effort.

The staff was great, but we had to go back up twice. 1st they forgot my bacon, my cheese wasn’t melted just a floppy cold square & second we had to go back up to buy new sandwiches bc the grilled chicken was rubbery & also cold. I didn’t want to complain to much bc they were all so young & I didn’t see a manager in site.
I don’t go to Zaxbys to much bc the food is always mediocre, however it’s one of the only places that serves salads. I opted for their classic meal but if there’s a next time I’ll probably try one of those.
